so i ordered donut holes and got a chocolate donut.. whatever that’s fine still a donut. well i got a large coffee and ordered a tiny bit of sugar and there’s so much sugar in my cup it won’t mix or dissolve not the brightest bunch of workers

I just ordered a cappuccino I have to have almond milk because I have an allergy. The guy with the tattoos working the window was very dismissive of me would not extend his arm to take my payment or to scan my phone. I tried to make it clear. I needed it with almond milk. They were very dismissive of course I got my cappuccino. It was not made with an extra shot of espresso and it did not have almond milk now because of their lack of professionalism. I just wasted 7$ Because I got charged for what I ordered and I definitely did not receive it. I would be late for work if I went back to have them make my order the way I ordered it. This is a consistent issue with Dunkin’ Donuts across the board. I will never be back.

I’ve literally have not had ONE good experience here. Every single worker seems like they hate their job. Everyone is rude when you have customizations to your coffee and of course never seem to get it right. I swear they just be throwing stuff into your coffee and when confronted they have the biggest attitude. Female caucasian worker with brown hair in the afternoon is very rude.

Terrible horrible service weekend nobody said anything it was one man working and didn't even say nothing we stood there at 11 minutes not a word spoken to us there was not a line nothing. Individuals don't care about nobody. This was great service from dunkin' donuts will not go back

Whoever worked afternoon shift 08/21/25 in drive thru. The energy/ service AMAZING loved her. So I was so excited to try the fall menu and got the pumpkin sugar cookie iced cookie that I came back in the morning to get the same thing.. but seems like the morning shift had no clue what I was talking about trying to explain to me that they do not have the ingredients and it’s discontinued which was just vanilla, pumpkin and topped with cinnamon sugar and the attitude was not it. Please make sure your morning and afternoon staff are trained properly instead of confusing and losing customers at this location.

Very good coffee. Doughnuts are fantastic. However, the Food is passable at best if you are hungry. But, nothing is better than a sweet doughnut with black coffee.
