Ordered a vanilla latte and they forgot to put in the vanilla. Bagel size was very small

Whoever worked afternoon shift 08/21/25 in drive thru. The energy/ service AMAZING loved her. So I was so excited to try the fall menu and got the pumpkin sugar cookie iced cookie that I came back in the morning to get the same thing.. but seems like the morning shift had no clue what I was talking about trying to explain to me that they do not have the ingredients and it’s discontinued which was just vanilla, pumpkin and topped with cinnamon sugar and the attitude was not it. Please make sure your morning and afternoon staff are trained properly instead of confusing and losing customers at this location.

(08/04/25) This was just before closing time, younger caucasian girl with long brown hair likes to make vague threats over the drive thru speaker. Wouldn’t come to the window when confronted of course.

Very good coffee. Doughnuts are fantastic. However, the Food is passable at best if you are hungry. But, nothing is better than a sweet doughnut with black coffee.

Terribly rude service. Went to the drive-thru. Just straight blunt rudeness. Got order of 25 donut holes. Dry and stale. I swear they must have been made the day before. Definitely skip this place and head to Starbucks or any other food place in this area

The people at this place have been absolutely amazing, It’s as if they are family! They make a big difference in my day whether it’s before work after work on the weekend it’s always a pleasure to see them and I’m glad that they are there. The service is always excellent. Inside is always very nice. I have told several family members to go to this location over Eastchester because of the service and environment.

I came here 1/30/25 at sharp 7:00 PM to order my usual chicken wrap. And was rudely addressed that they weren’t serving food by one of the workers through the drive through speaker. Only coffee, refreshers, and donuts…I sighed and ordered a donut. I came again today 2/5/25 after work at 4:35 PM this time to get a dozen of the Valentine’s Day heart shaped donuts for my family. I was rudely told they only had 4 left…(how is a DONUT JOINT OUT OF EVERY DONUT on the menu?) I sighed and ordered the last 4. I was handed all 4 donuts crammed IN ONE BAG smashed up and deformed they didn’t look too fresh either like they’ve been sitting for a day. I was so devastated I drove to the Eastchester location to get more of the donuts since they “were out” this location took my order in a nice manor and even apologized about the inconvenience I had with the other location and gave me the rest of my donuts for free IN A BOX with a warm happy welcoming smile. I only went to the North Main location because it was new so I thought it would be better in quality. apparently not! I’ll continue to go to the Eastchester Dunkin thanks.

I placed a mobile order, sent my husband to pick it up, went thru drive told the cashier that’s he there picking up a mobile order, when he got to the window she charged my card and handed him a bagel and a coffee. He told the girl that’s not the food that was ordered and why did he charge the card when it was a mobile order. He finally got the correct order. Order a dozen of doughnuts and a latte. The doughnuts were not fresh. They were stale. Went back expecting the manager to replace the doughnuts, all she offer was a refund that won’t even back to my card until 24-48hrs not even being told. The customer service is terrible there. This is not the first time I had an issue with this location and let just say after today I will no longer go to that location. I just moved to NC from Florida and I never had this type of experience with DD I been to

Soooo ok Let me start off with the flies all up in the donut case we was going to get some donuts with our order until we saw all the flies in the case we came today 11/2/24 around 12:30 pm it would be such a service to your business if you had some kind of doors separating the donuts from the atmosphere that would be appealing to the customers . After being turned off from that after we ordered ( 2 everything bagels with butter,(which i specifically asked if they had and they said yes, 2 cups of the loaded hashbrowns, 1 with brisket ,1 pumpkin spice latte iced caramel iced latte ) our order was completely wrong I was given 2 plain bagels with butter , 3 cups of the loaded potatoes that looked nothing like the picture a bacon and egg bagels we didn't feel like trying to go back inside to get the order right that took long enough to get in the beginning but our experience wasn't a good one and not eager to try to come back ?????

I visited this location today to order my normal sparked energy drink berry burst substituting the sparkling water for lemonade as I always do. The drive-through lady proceeded to tell me she would not do it. I clarified with her she could not substitute the lemonade for the sparkling water. She proceeded to have a nasty attitude, And became sarcastic. I simply pulled off and as I did so She said OK! have a good day byeeeeeeeeee In a snarky, Unintelligible, Unprofessional, And very distasteful manner. Dunkin, I advise you reevaluate the employment status of this drive-through worker. She has plenty of terrible reviews on Google. No Human with a personality of such, should represent this company or any type of company, for that matter, It’s embarrassing. This location does not have to worry about having my service any longer, along with plenty of other customers. Do better. And corporate has been contacted. Thank you.
