A couple of months ago I gave this location another chance because I had heard that they were better than before. I had stopped coming about a year ago because my drinks were never made right and the customer service was so awful. However, I would say that they are much better than before. The drinks are made right the majority of time and if for some reason it needs correction they are so quick to correct them and are appreciative of customer feedback. I appreciate the management, the staff, and the fact that I feel valued as a customer again!!

Worst Dunkin experience Iāve hadā¦ever. Came for ice cream. Workers were sitting down at the tables and some were outside on the phone. Establishment was dirty- floors and counters. When I asked to taste a flavor the worker had no idea what flavor it was and it was not labeled. The tester spoon was grabbed with his bare hands. The person scooping my ice cream insisted on a cup rather than the cone I wanted. Come to find out he couldnāt scoop ice cream so I got a cup with a cone on top. šµāš« went to pay and stood there while everyone looked at me until they decided who would ring me up. Waste of money and time.
