Employees were slow. Dining area closed during the day. Only drive thru available. Waited 25 minutes after telling them at speaker I was there to pick up a door dash order and they still hadn't started on said order. Employees acted incompetent and didn't know what they were doing.

I took one step inside this dump and decided not to order anything. Dirty tables, coffee spills all over the floor, something leaking out from beneath the drink coolers, and weird smell.

I give this location the "Dump of The Month" Award for filthiness' and poor product. Their Baskin Robins ice cream is not Baskin Robins ice cream. It is by name only. You will notice the vanilla does not taste like vanilla. The praline flavor does not taste like praline. The Butter Pecan does not taste like Butter Pecan. It does not taste like anything 31 Flavors sells. Very flavorless ice cream. More like 666 flavors if you know what I mean Baba Ruppie. After being deceived, I will never return to this location. Also, their lights on their signs do not work. Never any hot fudge sauce. always the excuse it is broken. Brandon obviously is running the store.

I absolutely love this location. All of the employees are always very kind. They have Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robins, so you can get donuts, coffee, and ice cream. They also have been offering free coffee for the first 2 weeks in September. That is so sweet! Some might say it's just coffee but it has been making my morning for the past couple of days. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

Used to be super slow, but I think they got new staff and the people are hilarious and the service is amazing. The food is hot and the drinks are made consistently who doesn’t want free coffee.
Coming from New England this is a disgrace of a Dunkin Donuts and should be immediately shut down. Current wait time as I stand in lobby has been over 30 minutes for a plain bagel with a side of cream cheese and a wake up wrap. The drink came out in a speedy 25 minutes.

I just bought half dozen donuts, a coffee cake muffin and 2 iced coffees. For one store hardly had any donuts for morning. Then donuts were dry and somewhat hard. Then most of all the muffin was so hard I couldn't break it so I through it down on my ceramic tile floor and it barely broke. Ridiculous. Don't know how you stay in business. Receipt # 7528. I would like a refund. Couldn't call you. All 3 numbers on receipt and online are disconnected. I guess because of complaints. Oh your not supposed to put regular sugar in iced coffees. It doesn't dissolve. Your to use liquid cane sugar. I will be calling corporate. Krispy Kreme here I come!!!!!

Staff seemed annoyed I was even in the drive thru for one. Two, I waited an extended amount of time only to get the wrong food. I realized when I was at work so I had to turn all the way around and go back. Staff was upset I came back to have my order corrected; “she really came back over some wrong food” one female staff member stated not realizing that the drive thru window was still open & I could hear them! Completely wrong order! Ordered a bacon egg & cheese wake up wrap & hash browns. I understand mistakes happen but to have a nasty attitude & talk negatively is absurd.
