Went last night for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday and service and food were excellent. Really liked the ambiance and the proximity to HPU. We will recommend to others and will be back.

Great service. Collin and Caleb making the drinks 10/10. Charcuterie, and crab stuffed shrimp were phenomenal! I highly recommend for a date night!

Disappointing Dining Experience and Overpriced and UnderwhelmingI recently dined at Earl's Landing in High Point, NC, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here are the reasons why I found the food to be subpar and while the ambiance and service were satisfactory, I cannot overlook the glaring issue of the exorbitant prices for the food. The cost did not align with the quality or quantity of the dishes, leaving me feeling disappointed and questioning the value for money.1. Quality of Ingredients:The ingredients used in the dishes seemed to lack freshness and quality. It was evident that the kitchen might not be sourcing the best produce or paying attention to the overall quality of their ingredients.2. Flavor Profile:The flavors of the dishes were underwhelming and, in some cases, downright bland. It felt like the chefs were missing an opportunity to elevate the taste and provide a memorable dining experience.3. Presentation:The presentation of the food left a lot to be desired. Dishes lacked the attention to detail one would expect from a restaurant, and the overall aesthetic fell short of creating an appealing dining atmosphere.4. Portion Size:The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what I would expect for the prices charged. It's disheartening to pay a premium and still leave the table feeling unsatisfied due to inadequate portions.5. Quality vs. Cost:The cost of the dishes did not seem justified by the quality of the ingredients or the overall dining experience. It left me questioning whether the pricing reflects the value that should accompany such a dining establishment.6. Menu Pricing Discrepancies:I also noticed inconsistencies in pricing across the menu. Some items appeared to be disproportionately expensive compared to similar options, creating an impression of inconsistency and lack of transparency.Overall, I left Earl's Landing feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. While I understand that every dining experience can have its challenges, I hope the restaurant takes these points into consideration to improve the overall quality of their offerings.I understand that running a restaurant involves various costs, but it's crucial for customers to feel that they are receiving fair value for their money. I hope Earl's Landing can reevaluate its pricing strategy to ensure that patrons are not only satisfied with the dining experience but also feel that the cost is justified. I hope the restaurant takes these points into consideration to improve the overall quality of their offerings.I believe providing this feedback will not only help the restaurant address concerns but also contribute to creating a more positive and transparent relationship between patrons and Earl's Landing.

We really enjoyed our dinner here! Great service, GREAT food, cool atmosphere! They really made Valentines Day special with the complimentary chocolate strawberries & the poloroid picture card of us! What a thoughtful , pleasant touch. We will definitely return. They really got it right here, even down to the leather menu. Super cool! 5 stars!

Quite the surprise! We came to High Point to do some furniture shopping and were recommended to try Earl's Landing. It was a perfect experience (other than having quite the ordeal to find it). We were instantly greeted and seated even without a reservation. (next time we will not take that chance as we took the only available table). We were then greeted by Mike, the manager who we knew from another restaurant in Charlotte. I can't say enough about this man. He is truly amazing and clearly commands the place. Our waitress was Amber and she was awesome. She is professional and knowledgeable. The food was out of this world. Mike schooled us on what an apertivo was and we took his suggestions. The steaks we had were the best I've had in my almost 60 years of life. The jazzy music and ambiance was perfect and dining at this restaurant was the hilight of our excursion to High Point. Thanks again to Mike and his staff for creating such a great time for us.

Let me start with Shelly she was the "super" server/bartender. She was very professional and friendly. She made our experience so good, that we ate at the bar, did not want to lose her service. She suggested several different wine, and beer options, as well as food. Each suggestion was phenomenal. The food was cooked to precision and was so delicious. Chris was a great bartender and engaged with us to make the atmosphere cozy and delightful. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep up the great work, High Point.

If you're looking for an I primate date night with great food and drinks head over to Congdon Yards and visit Earls Landing! I had a wonderful dining experience on a Saturday night while eating at their bar. The cocktails were craftily made and the food was truly delectable. Upon seating, we were greeted and given the cocktail menu. The cocktails were great. The bartender soon delivered the most divine warm bread. It was pillowy and soft with the perfect amount of garlic and butter. I had to stop and look at my husband he stopped too and was like these are soo good! Based off the delicious bread we decided to order food and I ordered the bone-in pork chop with mushrooms and potatoes. The pork chop was perfectly cooked AND seasoned! I love mushrooms so they were divine! Mash is mash, silky smooth texture and very good. We both got a pepper on our plates which was ehhh, a waste for the both of us. We ordered the cheesecake for dessert and it was pretty good. Once we got our check, we were brought the cutest macaroons which is their version of a mint with the check. I mean, cmon. That was top notch! I was skeptical to eat one but they don't skimp on the details even the macaroons (which I'm usually not a fan of) were very very well done! We would come here again and again. By the time we got our food the bar was lively with regulars chatting and enjoying conversations. We loved the atmosphere that Earls Landing provided and we'd be happy to go back again.

We just popped in for drinks at the bar and had a wonderful time and even got to have some creme brulée, which was delicious. Collin, our bartender and Haley, were awesome. We had a great time and plan to come back again to actually dine in and try the food. The atmosphere is very classy and perfect for a date.

Very expensive. Ok … then am I getting what I am paying for?The food was good but not great. Tuna bruschetta and shrimp appetizers were excellent. (Aperitivo refers to a drink not food - that was funny to see on the menu for the appetizers - my European guests also commented on the misuse of the word)Everyone liked their main dishes. My scallops were nicely done. Two had steaks and my guests said they liked it.We had carrots,, mushrooms, fries for our sides. The only thing people liked were the fries. They were very good. A Saratoga style potato. We had the trifle for dessert. It was ok. I will try the others and not order that again.I found the wine and drink menu to be excellent. The wine selection was creative and diversified. I enjoyed trying some new wine options. The server was unfamiliar with the wines to make a recommendation but the bartender came over and expertly made their suggestions. Not a single bottle of Meiomi in sight. (That’s a good thing)Service was difficult. The wait person was very nice, but didn’t know how to open a wine bottle. We had a red and a white bottle. Once the bottles were opened the server didn’t even offer the different wines to everyone at the table. I had to pour two of my guests their wine after the server left. They were very absent at the end of the meal but we were the last table there so I understand the challenge of standing aroundAnother server refilled our water, interrupting our conversation, loudly asking for guests to hand their water glasses, reaching across the table and then held the water glasses at the top edge where we drank. Really? Yuck.We paid $620 - 5 entrees (2 filets, spaghetti, scallops, salmon) 2 salads, 3 appetizers, 2 bottles of wine on the mid-lower end of their price range.Given I just had a 7 course Michelin star dinner in France two weeks prior with four people and paid exactly the same including alcohol, I was disappointed in the experience.Expensive and Cludgy.I hope they improve, but they need to refine their service. It’s all about the experience.Pros-Great Wine SelectionAppetizersMain CoursesCons-Very ExpensiveService unskilledSide Dishes

The service is well beyond 5 stars. The food is typical upscale fair, well plated. The ambiance is really nothing special, but the entire vibe makes the experience exceptional. We were well cared for during our visit and the bread was delicious.
