Just AwfulCustomer service, food is never consistent nor does it ever remotely taste as if it was anything good.Staff refuses to accept accountability in making orders wrong.Also ignoring customers saying they have a food allergy please don't put this in my food. And They do!Given off others reviews of this place I'm not surprised.What I am surprised about is how are they still open?Rudest Staff I've ever experienced. This food could one day taste amazing and the Staff alone will still be what makes this place as rotten as spoiled meat.

Terrible experience last week. I came in with my daughter and sat for 20 mins without someone even coming to take our drink order or introduce a waiter. Someone came out to help the waitress in our area and I watched them seat someone else that came in AFTER is and take their drink orders.I was so frustrated that I just decided to leave. Not sure if I'd ever go back, which is unfortunate bc my 1st experience here was a bit better than this time

My wife and I frequent this spot often. All staff members are awesome people to be around. I want to extend a special Shout-out to Mick! That guy has a super special talent in the kitchen, and a character about himself to match! Really awesome dude!

Not fair to give a low score on this. I ordered on the app and thought I was ordering 12 wings. Screwed up and ordered chicken nuggets. Now it was tasty sauce and the chips were great. Good ranch. Nice and thick. But thick breading on chicken nuggets. (Some call them boneless wings). ((No such thing)) We had a good night at home watching a movie and eating our pre sauced nuggets but next time I'll check the app better.... Need to read.

My family and I (party of 6) came to ECW Friday March 8th for dinner, We was told it would be a little bit of a wait on food as they only had 3 cooks in the kitchen. We were fine with that as it was a Friday night and not a big deal. Once we were seated and drinks were given, a server (not ours) stopped by and informed us that they had received a catering order and it would take an hour to complete that order before they could even take our order... I'm really confused as; we were already seated, ready to order and your management chooses a catering order over their in person guests?? Please help me understand how you run your facility! This was very embarrassing for me and my family!

I've always liked the decor of the place and always look forward to eating there when I get the chance. I ordered the Honey BBQ chicken sandwich which came out pretty quickly along with fries with cajun seasoning which looked like it was dumped on and a sauce on the side for dipping. My issue is that when ordering this I was never told about an up charge for this. I get my bill and when speaking with the server about it she gives me the oh I forgot to mention that speech ?. The cost is not the issue it's at least giving me the courtesy of letting me know before hand. I had high hopes for this meal that I would leave happy and satisfied which I am neither this will be me last time coming here just like many others.

Placed a pick up order at 12. Arrived at 12:15, and waited another 15 minutes before getting my order at 12:30. The girl who was supposed to work the register was sitting with her friend eating lunch and it took her 5 minutes to recognize me waiting at the register. To make things even more disastrous, the dinning room was less than at half capacity, which lends me to believe laziness is the company motto. From disastrous to egregious, the wings weren't made as ordered and left a less than desired experience in the back of my mind. I'll take my business and steer others away after my experience from this wannabe "restaurant."

Just when to East Coast Wings on North Main. It is 5:55, no one waiting and we was informed it would be after 7 before they had a table available. We usually eat there every Friday, it looks like we'll be looking for a new place to eat on Fridays.

I’m guessing whoever runs this place does not ever check in or do any tests. Might as well go outta business. Took an hour to get a takeout order ready and was the simplest order and the place was empty. On top of that they gave us two wrong items.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. They make up policies when busy and the manager “DeLynn” asked hung up on me and refused to come to the phone when I called back. Instead she advised staff to ask if I was ordering or not. I would not support this business as they are not professional and do not value customers.

I've been coming here for years every now and then! I went because the last few times I've been there it hasn been very crowded and I was looking for that type of atmosphere to watch a basketball game! I only ordered 15 wings boneless and set at the bar to watch the game. I was the only one sitting at the bar when the game started about 30 minutes later after I placed my order, a gentleman and his son sat down and ordered 50 wings while I was still waiting on my 15 I stepped away to use the restroom when I return, they had already started eating their 50 wings when I asked the bartender who was my waiter where were my 15 wings he was just busy he didn't have an answer. I asked that my food be packed to go and why did I had to wait so long when 50 wings seem to be easy to fix than 15! I also asked for a manager and he was just as unconcerned about my complaint. Seeing now this restaurant only has 2 1/2 star review and hardly no people in there. I guess that's my sign to move on as it seems like everybody else has that used to come here. Really poor service and management don't give a shit.

I have called for almost a week in regards to an order we never received and we never got a refund for. Each day we have called and have been told the same thing the owner will call us and he has not. Then today the general manager hangs up on me not being considerate of the fact I have been charged and no one is trying to rectify the situation. I was never rude or nasty just needed clarification it was as she didn’t care and wanted to brush me off and get off the phone. I am waiting for a call and a refund. The customer service here is terrible and I don’t see how she can be in management.

This was the best East Coast Wings experience I've had in over 10 years. The stores in Statesville, Mooresville, and Hickory have ruined the brand for me.This store was clean and well maintained, but under staffed. I think there was only 1 server for the whole restaurant. She was very nice and accommodating. The beer selection sucked.
