Their Caesar salad is delicious but unfortunately yesterday I found a short black hair in my salad and I have long light brown hair. Not the biggest deal in the world but should definitely do better checks before serving

Pizza was good except it had little burnt pieces on the bottom that I assume it was from maybe a pan that needs cleaned better. Hot chips were not crispy, more thick, not thin. Customer service towards the front needs some work, usually it's not very welcoming and very rushed feeling, especially when you ask them for ranch or something towards the end of picking up food, then you gotta pay for it 😅
Otherwise I love the food here, usually it's pretty good.

Food is excellent.... Pizza is excellent....every sub we have ordered has been great ....However.... their calzone is not a canzone... a canzone should be FILLED with ricotta cheese and be 3x as thick as this.... the one we received had barely any. Our pizza waa almost thicker. We also asked for extra sauce and we got 1 cup...... the "calzone" tasted good which shows that their ingredients are fresh....but please fix your calzone. .... we will still be loyal customers
Very authentic Italian foods. New York style pizza by the slice and juicy subs. Highly recommended! Oh and great customer service. Everyone is friendly and was in and out for lunch. You guys ROCK!

we were told our order would be ready 15 minutes after we called, then ended up waiting an hour for these pizza knots that weren’t even good. i’ve ordered these from other elizabeths pizza restaurants for years and they are always very good. we also requested ranch instead of marinara sauce, and if i hadn’t asked the girl at the front of we could pay for extra ranch we would’ve only received 2 marinaras, which we did not want. i’m only giving 3 stars for the nice employees at the front counter.
