FF Chicken - High Point

Food is great but every time I come I have to wait over 30 minutes for my food. The food is a little pricey as well. I paid $24 for a salmon bowl

It's a good thing we weren't in a rush. This was our first time here and we ordered three meals. There was no one else in the restaurant except another person waiting, waiting, waiting for her carry out. We waited for over 30 minutes for essentially fast food.
When we FINALLY got our meals, the food was good but incorrect. It wasn't worth asking for them to fix it.
They bring your food in melamine bowls and plates but there's no clear directions about what to do with them when you're done. No bussing trays. No signage. Just one very small trash can.
And let me mention the chicken leg bone under our table.
Slack, uncaring, little attention to detail and no concern for the customer experience. We don't want to go back. Their food wasn't enough to tempt us.

I picked up my food to go and it was really good with good portions & seasoned well. And also very healthy ✌️. The inside was clean and my food was ready for pick up when I got there. Good selections and reasonable prices. I had the wing bowl and you can make it how you like.

I ordered a whole chicken all white, they didn't have all 4 pieces of white for an extra 2.30 and I was asked to accept 1 dark instead, which I did which no price change. Food comes, the saffron rice tastes like dish detergent and was NOT eaten. The chicken smelled & tasted like gas or propane amd was not cooked enough. I had to add seasonings amd cook it again in the oven. I paid almost 50 for something I will NEVER order again. The people who say this food is good are liars. I will forever buy from Viva Chicken!

Worst experience ordering in. Who does the quality check here? AWFUL. The sauce containers were opened and created a mess on my carpet. My son’s order was missing rice. How can someone just send a box of chicken and miss the sides that go with it? The food was MEH NEVER AGAIN. The Cary one is WAYYYY BETTER. Hard pass

We just picked up takeout here and we did a family feast meal. I ended up having to throw the food in the trash because my kids, my husband myself could not pallet the flavor. I can’t even explain how it tastes other than awful. on a good note the restaurant was clean and the staff member was polite.

I visit this location every chance I get and they never disappoint. I'm constantly trying something different from the menu & it's always good. The food is cooked when ordered so its always hot & fresh, the bowls are my favorite. The menu caters to meat eaters & vegetarians. The customer service is always top notch & I love the atmosphere, it's very friendly & inviting from the moment you walk in. The inside has more than enough seating and they have an outside patio area as well. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Great food well seasoned. A good size portion for what you pay for. Order came out quick and the sauces are great also. Shocked they weren't busier. Give them a chance

The chicken tenders were really really good! They have 8 choices of sauces ranging from Mild - Blazing Fury. We went with Sriracha Rooster, hot but not too hot! The fries were so good…Just like we like them, a little crispy and not floppy! We will definitely be back real soon! It’s all about the sauce!
