The food is good, but service lacks. There’s a female hostess that just sits around and is not friendly at all. Depending on which chef you get you may or may not even get a show/conversation. The same with the wait staff. Used to be a treat to eat here, now it feels unwelcoming. On to the next.

I always eat in the bar area because I don't like eating with a large group and it is cozy and has great service. The bartender is great at his job, we can just tell him what he like in our drinks and he does an amazing job of making great drinks. It's also a nice atmosphere and nicely decorated.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and today was an absolute NO! Our cook name was Mike or Leroy not sure which is correct. Our food was horrible, the cooks attitude was horrible and our food was crunchy and undercooked. Make sure when you order jumbo shrimp that’s what you get because I did not and they tried to make me believe that’s what I received. Back to Arigato’s we go, should’ve known because their business has done down significantly. Such a disappointment because it’s close to our house.

Came in last night at 5:30 yesterday 6/28. Nobody in the waiting area and Nobody in the bar area either. Was told for a party of 3 it would be 45 min wait. When asked why, we were told there were walk ins in front of us and reservations. Only saw 3 tables with customers nobody else in sight. Drove another 15 min to fuji in high point and was seated right away with no wait. Used to love fire and sticks, but obviously didn't want my money last night.

We dined here for the first time and we were very impressed! The place is super clean with very pleasant decor. Everyone was friendly and the food was perfect. I had the filet and shrimp combo. This is our new favorite hibachi restaurant!
