This was my first time experiencing Hibachi and I loved every minute. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff so kind and friendly with a great sense of humor. I'd love to go back and I highly recommend visiting here! You will enjoy it too!

I finally had an opportunity to dine at Fire & Sticks after a couple of earlier attempts when we didnt have reservations. I will say that is was worth the wait. The reservation was promply honored and my party was seated. The meal flowed in expected Japanese Steakhouse fashion. Soup was delicious, salad greens fresh and crisp, and followed by a perfectly prepared and well seasoned entree. Our waitress was attentive and never left us in need of a thing. Our chef was entertaining while still cooking everyones meal to order. I'll definitely come again. It was an experience I'd been missing and hadnt found in similar competing restaurants. Well done!

Do not order the jumbo shrimp because it is the same size as the regular shrimp and it will be a three dollar up charge. I ordered the jumbo shrimp and noticed mine were the same size as the shrimp the table ordered. I informed the chef he agreed. I spoke with the server and she went I to have it removed. The manager came and tried to explain to me they were not the same size. The chef and the waitress all agreed the shrimp were all the same size. The manger refused to drop the three dollar up charge. I told her it was ok and handed her my card and told her I I just would never come back and she was fine with that. Mind you it was about principle my tab for lunch was fifty dollars.

This place used to be amazing. The food quality was not good. I heard the server tell the chef she had to thaw the lobster and he told her to soak it in water. It was mushy and tasted like water. The chef was also not very clean.

We were there for my Granddaughters birthday. Good food, great service They sung a birthday song for Ella. Very nice.Dietary restrictions: My daughter inlaw is allergic to shrimp. The man who prepared our food took great care to prepare her food first so there would not be cross contamination. Thank you.

This was by far the most disappointing experience for me and my family!! This is my go to when I want to eat out Hibachi. We didn't have reservations so I expected a long wait on a Saturday. My table had the sorriest cook and that's being kind. He was a elderly chef that had no desire to entertain us. Now I've to these type of establishment most of my life and I know the routine. But it was the kids that would have loved to see the obligatory " Onion train or even the egg toss in the air lol. Our mushrooms and veggies weren't cooked very well. I also understand, & respect ppl with food allergies but give ppl who don't have it a heads up. We got our appetizer shrimp at the end bc the young lady was allergic to it. You could have told us that, but you didn't she did. He entertained the table he just served before us more than us. He didn't care about the kids at our table, just not interacting at all. Im sorry he did interact with us when it was over, We asked for some extra sauce to put in our ramekins and he raised his hands at us like we were bothering him...the nerve!! If I ever go back and I see he is our chef we are leaving!! Do better Fire & Stix. And lastly I've had older/ ederly chefs and hibachi establishment and they were the best but this one sucked!!
