Chose to have an order deliver for the first time. The delivery was missing a bottled drink and a bag of chips. Order was self contained in a stapled bag, so it’s unlikely the fault of the Uber driver. Not worth calling about or running out to the restaurant to retrieve. Just disappointed. Need to tighten up that quality assurance before the order is handed off for delivery.

Stood in line waiting to be acknowledged, totally avoided as was the person who was behind me. Worst customer service. I left. Never even got to order. Will not bother again.

Came in to get a sub and the lady behind the counter was very rude and condescending, I walked in and neither person behind the counter greeted me, asked if I had a pick up order, nothing just blankly staring at me like their heads are full of rocks. Then the cashier says "only doing online orders, thats why theres a sign on the door" mind you which is a piece of copy paper thats typed, isn't even noticeable when you're just trying to get in and out. She needs better manners and training, otherwise get out of customer service! 😁 there used to be great workers there but, most likely will find myself driving across town.

Firehouse Subs has always been one of my favorite restaurants. So when I relocated and saw that it was one here in my neighborhood I was overjoyed! I would stop by almost weekly to grab me and my family a few of there delicious subs! After about a year or so you could see that there was a huge decline in the quality of food, customer service and cleaning! My orders were consistently wrong and even had times were I was overcharged! The floor were always strictly, they were always out of chips, and steak, meatballs etc. I ended up starting to try new restaurants. I recently just started coming back to this location a couple months ago due to the change in management! It is like Night and Day! The restaurant is always clean, restocked and even has a few new items on the menu. Everytime I come there are multiple customers and workers. I’m greeted from the moment I end the door and truly given the upmost respect, and excellent customer service. Shout to the manager Mrs. Sherri who’s hard work and dedication to her job has clear made this location a success again!

12/23/24 WORSE experience Ive ever had at an establishment, woman was extremely unprofessional, and the usual suspect causing issues. Came into pickup my online order I placed and was notified was ready, arrived to nothing but a complete circus where some woman inside started shouting at me the moment I entered saying “CAN YOU NOT READ THE SIGN” which she implied stated she had closed an hour early? If that was the case why is the door still unlocked and why are you allowing people to place orders online when you have supposedly closed already? She then went on to say how the place has no bread or meat and that shes not making my order, I asked her where can I get my money back and she told me to DEAL with it online.I went online through the app for 4 days disputing and filing a complaint where all I got was automated responses from bots apologizing and that someone would reach out to me within 72 hrs. No one did, no one has and I have been forced to dispute it with my bank because you people are to incompetent and seem to love hiring incompetent people at this location.
