Way too expensive for average food. The fries were soggy and burger not as big as I expected for $12, same thing for hotdog $7 for a hotdog that was regular size. Had high hopes for this place but way too much.

The prices are absolutely disgusting. I mean, it’s good food, but it’s now where near good or big enough to justify the cost. A meal for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids shouldn’t be creeping near $80. Stay away unless you’re rich or have no sense.

Came in today during my lunch break and from the minute I walked in, the shift lead(I assume she was a shift lead, she was in a black polo while everyone else was in a red tshirt) was dealing with a difficult & irate customer. She held her composure and was kind and had the employees remake his food.. well since I had an online order my food was being made while the irate customer was standing at the glass partition staring them down and complaining that they’re messing up his food again because they’re putting mushrooms on his burger and he “didn’t order no mushrooms”. Well I did order mushrooms and so obviously, it was my burger. She once again, held her composure and told the customer it wasn’t his food. I felt for her and the employees. They did well today and handled the situation well!!!

After a long time since my last visit, it'll be even longer before I return for food. Service and staff were above average, place was clean and being cleaned. Burger was disappointing and fries even more so. A bit of seasoning may have made the difference on the Burger and fresh oil likely would have greatly helped the fries.

Terrible burger, including under ripe green crunchy tomatoes and not made correctly. I didn't order bacon at all and the mayo was scarce and I'm skeptical ketchup was on it at all. Dry, old, crunchy burger was terrible. Great fries.
