Terrible I won’t come back the hot dogs are gross fries over cooked I asked for raw onions on my hotdog they put them under my hotdog in the tray not even on hotdog gross place especially with the food
The cashier who assisted me was very helpful. The food however left a lot to be desired. I waited well over 20 minutes for a sub and fries. (Even had time to go to the store nearby + come back) My fries were cold and there was way more bread than meat. I got my sister a tea and she said it was the worst tea she ever had. Still the cashier accommodated with another drink. There’s a sign that says check food or something similar, so I don’t blame them for my dislike. I just wouldn’t come back here for a sub again.

Very nice people who took the time to apologize to me and I respected that 1000% ?? I love five points subs and will be there again as soon as I have a Sub/Burger craving. The manger was really respectful?? they are also very affordable, especially on the days they have sales.

Terrible penguin chicken wings taste like the were pre cooked chicken hoagie topped with orange cheese and thick cut tomato cut in half and put on each side of the sandwich.... no good ?

I'm giving the restaurant five stars based alone on how great the guys working behind the counter were their customer service was excellent they came and checked on us they made sure everything was okay ask for fuel is okay and just make sure the experience was pleasant. The five point sells place is I save just more than a hole in a wall please dive bar with all the respect to it The food is nothing really to brag about it was good but it won't be hard to find better but that's not what matters what really matters was how the people made us feel when we were there and how well they were and I certainly would go back again just based a little on how amazing those two guys were at work there and my wife and I at the moment were experience an extremely distress with her car and breaking down and having to take her to the hospital and they were so helpful and everywhere for us those guys deserve a raise and everything else more.

The food was not plentiful. I had to search through the bread to find the meat and cut off the majority of the bread the meat was good but not enough for the sandwich. I'm sorry I won't be returning.
