Aubrey went above and beyond on a very complicated order with lots of modifications and rewards. She even kept my milkshake cold while my food was being made so it didn't melt before I got home! Kudos to her and the staff.

Highly recommend their patty melt. It was great! I was pleased that they make it the traditional way, with rye bread. Only a handful of places make it with rye, which is the only bread I eat. I will be back! And the service was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Freddy's, I will be back!

For a >$15 I felt too hungry afterwards. I'm guessing it's part of their product/branding, but their patties are extremely thin (even for a Smashburger) as are their extra-shoestring fries. If my meal was ~$10 I likely may not have been as disappointed, but for >$15 I expected a bit more satiation.
I haven't tried their Custard yet, so I may revise this review afterwards.
