Had a terrible experience unfortunately. The drive-thru had messed up the order which honestly happens sometimes, but the way they handled it was awful. Instead of trying to fix the order or using any type of customer service skills, I was told “that’s too bad” and to get the correct order that I had to pay for it. They have good fries but overall, would not recommend.

The place is overpriced for the amount of greasy, salty food you get. Everything was overly salty. Not all of our sandwiches were made correct And we didn’t make any changes. We ordered the sandwiches as they come. The grease soaked through the boxes the sandwiches came in. For a family of four to have four combos, it was over $60.

So much for $1 burgers on national steakburger day!
Today, 2/24/2025, I convinced my friend to change his lunch plans because Freddy’s was promoting a $1 Freddy’s original double burger per account holder on Feb 24th. I place orders via the app on a semi-regular basis, even making use of the rewards program for a free extra sandwich now and then, so I expected no complications. I ordered an original combo with portobello mushrooms and garlic aioli instead of mustard, and he got the plain, unaltered original double per the promotion. However, even after updating the app, logging out and back in, re-adding all items to my cart multiple times and in various orders, the $1 original double promotion refused to apply at checkout.
Since the promotion clearly specified in-app-only, we foolishly decided to go through with the order as we were out of time to change our plans again, hoping the manager could help us out. Instead, the manager gave me a shrug, not-so-subtly implied I ordered incorrectly (even though I regularly make use of rewards/promotions and exclusively order via the app), said there was nothing he could do and suggested next time I bring the app with me to order in person rather than actually placing the order through the apparently defunct app.
I left feeling scammed, and like I had just scammed my friend, who had graciously offered to pay for our lunch.
To add to our disappointing and near-silent lunch after my sheepish apology, I didn’t get any mushrooms on my burger. Perhaps karmic punishment for dragging my friend into this mess.
Before today, you never would’ve squeezed a bad word out of me about Freddy’s, but I think I’ll be taking a long, long break for the foreseeable future.
UPDATE: I reached out to customer support before even submitting my order because of the obvious bug I was experiencing with their app, (again, as an experienced user) and well, I was completely stonewalled. I’ve had to reach out to a company’s customer service team maybe 9 or 10 times in my life, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had to cancel a Comcast account before as well as a couple gym memberships. Freddy’s “customer service” was completely dismissive (initially responding with only a single sentence), spoke to me exclusively in the most patronizing corporate language possible (that private equity firm ownership is really showing) and insisted that their app that freezes & crashes constantly and logs the user out randomly could not possibly be at fault, and made the entire process of communication so frustrating that I frankly just gave up. By all means, continue to eat the low-quality food here, just don’t have any illusions that anyone will have your back if something goes wrong.
As for me, in 24 hours I’ve gone from being a casual Freddy’s fan to someone who will smile when this chain eventually fails. I now pray that Culver’s will destroy Freddy’s, and I will never be returning.

The drive through took forever and I was the only car in line…, and paid $12.00 for a combo and this is all the fries I got… disappointed on how this place has gone downhill. Will be my last time visiting.

Place your order at the counter. The food is cooked after you order. They call your number to pick it up.
The burgers are good. There are two small, thin patties per burger.
Fries are very thin - like the shoestring potatoe snacks in a can. Nicely cooked and seasoned.
Atmosphere: pleasant, kid-friendly, nice music, loud (like all restaurants now - not hearing aid friendly)
We'll be back!
