Giannos of High Point

The restaurant was cold- not cool but cold. When I mentioned it, an Employee said yes they like to keep it cold. Well it made the entire experience miserable. People don’t like to feel cold. The waiter was not experienced. I won’t tear him down but he needed to be trained.. both those issues are management issues. the food was okay. Honestly a pitiful experience. We won’t be back.

Food was ok casear salad was really good . I want to at least come here one more time for the salad and pizza buffet my lasagna was ok but could have been more portioned and more seasoned. Customer service was great from staff

To be honest, every selection I've had here over the years is a bit "heavy"---but yet, I continue to eat here on occasion.

They are fairly good just was sad the chicken parm is grilled. Wish I knew that before I got my food.

Service was great! Went for a holiday party. Drinks stayed full, finished plates stayed cleared away. Area was nice. We had a private room. We could talk amongst ourselves. Food was hot, just a little bland and chicken was extra chewy. Other than that everything was great. Salad and bread were wonderful.

I really enjoy the Creat Your Own pasta so you can get what you know you’ll enjoy. I’ve been several times and I’ve only received poor service once, but it wasn’t TERRBLE service just not as amazing as it usually is. The staff upfront is always very sweet, I’ve had some trouble with a To-Go order before and they remade it for me. The food is usually very good, but I ordered the spinach lasagna one and it came in a bowl surrounded by some cheese liquid? I sent it back because I was very confused and, honestly nauseous at that point. You can tell the people there like their job, or they’re just really great actors. Can’t wait to go again

Spaghetti was not prepared in a good consumable way.....the onions, peppers were laid in large straps on the noodles, covered in sauce. Not user friendly to consume. Had to cut up vegetables every bite to consume. Chunks too large.

this lasagna ruined my day! what should I do im thinking about suuing Ive been craving some lasagna and I make it so good but didnt have time so I settled for pickup and it wasn’t even good or had meat and now my stomach is hurting so bad, the sauce looked so oily? it must been too much grease but yeah if u want lasagna dont come here! everything else is lovely though and the lady at the front register was amazing

My family and I made reservations the week prior to Thanksgiving for 14. I would highly recommend Giannos of High Point. We all had a wonderful experience here. The food, service and atmosphere are great! Thank you Giannos for your great customer service and attention to detail.

It wasn't the best food. I ordered the crab cakes and I could tell the crabmeat was from a can and didn't taste fresh at all. It tasted plain, very little flavor.

Tried the daily special. Gouda chicken with smoked Gouda. It was pretty good. Had a really good waitress. Didn't get her name but she was amazingly polite.

The best of Italian cuisine in High point! Exciting flavors with a uthentic Italian atmosphere and the friendliest service.
