Grumpy lady that takes orders was shouting over the phone with attitude. Food was bland and had no salt. I respectfully asked for salt, “NO SALT” was her reply and take it to go. Never coming back!
Went in there to ask about the lunch special. They had an outburst of anger with me. Told me I was talking too much. She won’t be getting my business or anyone else’s with that attitude. I pray God touches her old decrepited heart.

What does Chinese restraint cook the best? Rice This place had hard uncooked plain white rice tasting like it was cooked then frozen then thawed and served. Terrible would be an insult to most terrible restaurants. I would stay away from this place very poor quality and quantity. This was my first and last time spending any money with this establishment.
Absolutely disgusting. We ordered our food, took it home and there was a cooked cricket in my food. I definitely will not be returning here.

Been going here for 10 years. Yes, the lady may come off a bit abrasive, but not always. She knows me and is always pleasant to me. Never had a problem with the food; it's very good. This restaurant is basically for take out now.

As soon as I walked into Golden China, High Point location, I got up to the counter and the lady immediately was rude. Very poor customer service, business ethics!! This restaurant needs to be shut down!! How can a restaurant stay open and not give customer courtesy, respect and be friendly??This was my first time and it will be my last!! If people will STOP going there and spending money, maybe this will wake them up!????At this point, I do not recommend any food from here to others. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone either.They also put a lid, which had a hole in it, and the sauce leaked out all in the bag and on the other food containers. I mean, like really?I say shut them down!!I wish I did not have to give them any stars at all!!
