They have the best dounts in the triad area...melt in your mouth dounts so so delicious 😋 I will be going back....the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable

Best donuts ever. Absolutely my family’s favorite. Not too sweet and very gourmet.

The best donuts and variety is crazy GOOD! When i walk in it's like where do I begin. Next visit I am going to try the latte selection. Keep up the warm and authentic hospitality! I can always use a great smile and delicious donut! Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts better up the donut game because Granny's Donut & Bakery is definitely in town to win me and my family over!! :)

Stoped by this morning 10/22/24 @ 7:50am. Horrible customer service, paid with cash…had $1 and change, the woman left it on the counter and immediately walked away.

Stopped in for some donuts, and the place was amazing! The prices are affordable, the donuts are delicious, and the lady working was kind and patient with me and my kids trying to figure out what donut to get.

The donuts and fritters are delicious and decent sized! Highly recommend the blueberry fritter, we loved it!

Parking: Parking is free with ample parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: Took my kids in for a donut and the lady was very kind and patient.

It's not a looker but most places that aren't are great. Pricing for doughnut holes, doughnuts, and specialty doughnuts are well worth it. Very affordable and not overpriced like other places and chains. I've driven by the area 100 times and never knew it was there. The banana pudding doughnut was my favorite of the six we bought but they were all good. Dozen mix holes were all great. I like the flavor of the dough and fillings have a lighter non-greasy, heavy feel like other places. The sour cream doughnut a close 2nd and is the best from other doughnut places I've had. The person working was very nice.

Walked in young lady was rude. Rubbing her hair as she is packing my doughnuts and last but not least seen a fly and nets in the case with doughnuts!! Grosss!!

Donuts are great, unfortunately the lady this morning had an attitude with me. As a mom feeling rushed already, didn’t make the experience a great one. We’ve been in 3 times before and haven’t experienced the blatant rudeness that we did this morning. I know you were rushed in the back, I tried to explain that my little girl needed ONE minute after walking in to look. Good quality donuts (some of them), but we won’t be back. Even my girl felt that something was wrong.
