Balls get stuck too often on multiple lanes. I experienced this at the rate of around 3 to 4 times per game during my last visit. This problem is as old as the sport. I'm unclear why it can't be worked-out. But, three to four times per game, for each player, is excessive.
Unfortunately, the reason we were attending this bowling alley was a celebration of life for one of our friends that has passed.
The employees the bowling alley provided great customer service and were very friendly and patient with a bunch of kids we had with us.
Our children definitely enjoyed the bowling, any issue like stuck balls or pens was readily addressed.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. Tables and chair were clean. Have vending machines for some snacks and drink. Didn't check out bar area. Lanes looked ok, must have been good since I got 3 strikes in 10th frame, ha ha. Went with wife, enjoyed our time. Would come back.
