Short staff and i wasnt happy when i was told my child couldn't get something else when she was wrongly told the sause was not hot so she had to wipe her chicken off with napkins to eat since i had to still pay for it Mind you this was our first time going

Wait time was awful! Okay, no biggie. Short staffed. Lots of tots tasted… off?? After waiting over 30 minutes for them. My sandwich was alright. Father’s wings were room temp. Waited for blue cheese for 30 more minutes. Got there at 7:30 and left at 9:30. Would never visit again. Hooters has gone downhill! Tried this location after being failed by the Greensboro location several times. Not better at all.
