Very disappointed with the the quesabirrias I ordered might be the worst i’ve ever had actually just filled with oil, very little meat, lemons with no juice, despite this the consume was actually good but for $36 with another order of regular tacos al pastor very disappointed

The absolute worse taco place!!!! I opened up my box and in it was a lime that was already squeezed, the meat was so dry and tasted like it was from the day before. I had ordered 5 tacos and got 4 and got charged $21. Worst place ever!!

Tacos were not good.
Meat tasted old and so did the tortilla. It was not freshly made. So disappointed

I was stuck in for lunch and had to order delivery, and was looking for something different from my usual spots. HP Taco Shop had great reviews, so I gave it a try—and wow, absolutely amazing! I honestly felt like I went to Mexico for lunch.
I ordered ground beef tacos with rice, chips and salsa, and a beef quesabirria. Everything was outstanding—super fresh, flavorful, and the homemade corn tortillas made all the difference. This was several steps above any other taco I’ve tried in the area.
I can’t wait to go by in person to eat in-house and try more of their menu. I didn’t get pictures this time since it was delivery, but I definitely will on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best carne asada tacos I have had in the state of NC and the BEST pizza birria I have ever had in my 29 years of living. Cooked very well and the beef broth is well made and SOOOO DELICIOUS. This is my new taco spot in the whole state of NC.

The lady at the register when we went in was sitting in chair on her phone! Didn’t get greeted or acknowledged until we started to turn around and leave… after seeing young lady in back WITH GLOVES ON her hands on her phone as well… then she tossed it down went straight to the grill top used same gloves to turn some tortillas THAT WAS OUR CUE TO GET ON OUT OF THERE! Good luck

Revising my review following previous reflections from owner*
As you’ll see, I do frequent your establishment. I’ve grown fond of your food. However, tonight‘s order was not up to par as it is usually.
I may have gotten the time frames wrong on your establishment and how long you’ve been open, but I know personally what to expect and tonight did not meet expectations. $14 for 4 tacos
Wishing you all the best in the future

We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. We order and dine in, all was well. I had ordered 3 quesabirra, 1 kids ACP, Jamaica, Horchata and a bottle of water. In my opinion, the Birra was a bit dry and tough. But the consume broth that comes with it had nice flavor. I used alot of lime and salsa Verde. I would probably rate it a 6/10, comparing to other Quesabirras in my past. The Kids ACP was actually recommended by the women who greeted us. It was good. Chicken, rice, and drizzled queso served with a side of tortilla. Definitely kid and adult approved!! 10/10! The Jaimica and Horchata were packed with flavors. Jamaica was perfect amount of sweetness to the tea ratio 10/10. The Horchata was very tasty as well. Just a tad bit sweeter. You can taste more condense milk then cinnamon. But it's not an overpowering sweet. 9/10!! Overall experience was good, friendly, and well kept. I would definitely return to try other things on the menu. I love to support local businesses!!

I had a great time at this taco place! It was quick and fresh. We had good service and the food is tasty i recommend the chaliquica Verdes (i dont remember the first part of the name but i hope that's right) found this on Facebook. It's take out, delivery and dine in. Recommended 2 or 4 people at a table.

Food was delightful. I had the Birria egg rolls. The wife had sweet tacos. Both were really good but a little on the pricier side for what it is.

First time here, but not the last!! I found this place on Tik Tok and it did not disappoint, the best ceviche con camarones I've had so far. We also ordered street tacos, asada, pastór and chorizo. All were amazing, extremely authentic as the pastór meat was cooked on a trompa.... The Chori queso dip was amazing and went fast. They have the best horchata I've had in a restaurant so far.
The staff was extremely helpful, patient and knowledge of the menu, the dining room was clean and inviting.
Highly recommend giving them a try.
