Heavily understaffed, only one guy thats doing all the cooking and tables with no one else in sight. Not blaming the guy but blaming management. Terrible communication.

I had the steak omelette, and it was awesome. So was my waitress. I would give it a 10 star rating if possible.

I ordered the $6 special. It was excellent. And the service was excellent as well.

Was a little rough in that it was busy and the food was ok. Sausage was underdone. Bacon overdone. Server was great and busting her hump to get to everyone as quick as she could.

Never again. We thought we would try one more time because it used to be a great place. But this time was the worst yet. It was about 9:30 am and the restaurant was almost empty. Maybe 5 people in there but we still waited over 5 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes to get cold food and cold coffee. The food was horrible. I got an omelet with 2 pancakes. The pancakes were not even the same. The bottom one had sprinkles cooked in it and they tried to hide it on the bottom. I think it came off of someone's plate because it had syrup on it. The pancakes were so cold they would not melt butter. The coffee was cold and we had to ask for refills which were cold too. The food was nauseating but no one seemed to care. What do the employees do for 45 minutes when the food is cold and nasty.

This location just need to be shut down. It’s horrible! They never have anything! No steak tips, no regular half n half, no sausage, no A1 sauce! And the manager is not giving a care in the world. Like who is putting the order in? Why are they open?

Went for lunch with some friends. Seated quickly but service took forever. Waiter was nowhere to be found and when we asked someone else for the check the person had an attitude. Food was cold despite a long wait and the group was not pleased at all with the experience. Would not recommend at all!

Me and my Grandfather used to come here all the time. We quit coming for a period because the service got so bad they wouldn’t come back and check on you and refill your drinks. They acted like they just didn’t wanna be there. And today was no different. They really need to get some new employees or new management. They are always dead. There’s never more than two cars in the parking lot. And I love IHOP, but they have really went downhill in High Point, North Carolina.

PSA if you child gets an Achievement Award for a free kids meal from their school for IHOP. They will not honor it. They claim they have change management and even though they are listed on the back as 1 location that honors the certificate and the expiration date on the certificate isn't until the end of this month they will not honor it. So don't waste your time coming here. All they care about is getting the extra $5 to $7 for the kids meal.

I picked up a to go order. The biscuit and gravy were just a biscuit with some Greece in a small cup. My daughter got the two egg meal, and the eggs were fine. The hashbrowns 6 not eatable I was trying to call to complain. But they wouldn't answer the phone. I will not be back to this place.
