Took 45 minutes to get out food and it had obviously been sitting awhile. Butter wouldn't melt on the pancakes. Coffee was lukewarm. There was a mixup in the tickets... someone else was given our ticket and paid it and left and we were expected to pay their more expensive ticket. They finally straightened it out. Restaurant was dirty and very noisy with two large very loud groups. Restroom was very smelly and dirty. It's been years since we've been to an I-Hop and it will be years before we go back.

oct.22.25 these cooks do not gaf, ordered a stack of dulce de leche pancakes and they only drizzled a single pancake and by the time I was able to enjoy my meal after having to wait even longer after items were missing, the single pancake had absorbed all the drizzle and whipped cream if there was any and was STILL dry, my french toast also had no powdered sugar or butter and I could hear them complain as they were making it from the kitchen, how are you mad at me for missing items and ive waited over an hour?!?!?! mind u i was completely respectful knowing they were busy but they did not care about making my order correctly, im not coming back

Was a little rough in that it was busy and the food was ok. Sausage was underdone. Bacon overdone. Server was great and busting her hump to get to everyone as quick as she could.
Never again. We thought we would try one more time because it used to be a great place. But this time was the worst yet. It was about 9:30 am and the restaurant was almost empty. Maybe 5 people in there but we still waited over 5 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes to get cold food and cold coffee. The food was horrible. I got an omelet with 2 pancakes. The pancakes were not even the same. The bottom one had sprinkles cooked in it and they tried to hide it on the bottom. I think it came off of someone's plate because it had syrup on it. The pancakes were so cold they would not melt butter. The coffee was cold and we had to ask for refills which were cold too. The food was nauseating but no one seemed to care. What do the employees do for 45 minutes when the food is cold and nasty.

This location just need to be shut down. It’s horrible! They never have anything! No steak tips, no regular half n half, no sausage, no A1 sauce! And the manager is not giving a care in the world. Like who is putting the order in? Why are they open?
