I ordered from this store and immediately noticed it was the wrong location. I immediately cancelled the oder. A week later, I noticed a charge on my credit card. When i inquired about it, I was told that I was charged as the store had created the order. They are either lightning fast or crooks. I am gonna go with crooks. If they had advised me that I would have been charged, I would have simply picked up the order.

MEGAN was very rude and dismissive towards me because she made a mistake while building the order. got upset and ran off to the back of the store. Hope u can make improve your work ethic so u can have better days. She kept ignoring me and building the sandwich to what she assumed.

Love their subs and this is the only place I eat subs. Will not eat that other place because of their game hunting . Food is fresh and staff is friendly

04:30pm on thursday 08.07.25, staff was making sandwich on the bare counter. I asked why they weren't placing the paper first then the assembling the sandwiches in top, no one knew...young lady said she would tell managers?!? I said no Jersey Mike's I've ever been to does that, always placed the paper down first. I watched her scrape condiment bits into a recepticle after every sandwich then use a wet white rag with lord knows what chemical to wipe the counter and then proceed to place the bread on the bare counter no paper and continue to make sandwiches. That is disgusting and unacceptable. Additionally the ladies room smelled horrid. I would like someone to contact me to discuss this further.
