04:30pm on thursday 08.07.25, staff was making sandwich on the bare counter. I asked why they weren't placing the paper first then the assembling the sandwiches in top, no one knew...young lady said she would tell managers?!? I said no Jersey Mike's I've ever been to does that, always placed the paper down first. I watched her scrape condiment bits into a recepticle after every sandwich then use a wet white rag with lord knows what chemical to wipe the counter and then proceed to place the bread on the bare counter no paper and continue to make sandwiches. That is disgusting and unacceptable. Additionally the ladies room smelled horrid. I would like someone to contact me to discuss this further.

The customer service was great.. nice clean restrooms....the food was great...we ordered two giant #17...I love how they worked as a team in getting orders out quickly...great job....will visit again....

Ordered the Philly cheese steak the only thing ate that whole day and got food posing had to leave work early and call out the next day. I will never eat jersey mike again

I am very disappointed, usually I don't have any issue with this location, BUT I visited this location Monday evening and ordered 2 giant subs #26 and #43 both had special requests. None of the request were filled correctly. When I attempted to call, I was unsuccessful (no answer) I thought let me try the next day and they were closed. So today Wednesday I have been calling all day once again unsuccessful. This is unprofessional.

My wife did a walk-in on Feb 11th,2025 at the High Point, N..C. North main Street location. We did not like it at all... We loved it! Jersey Mike can not take all the credit because good ingredients don't matter unless the people preparing it don't rock! Mike you need to give them a raise to continue to knock Jared out like Tyson!
