The lettuce on the line wasn’t very fresh, so I kindly asked for some new lettuce, and they brought it out without any trouble, which I really appreciated. I did encounter a bit of attitude from an employee during my visit, which made the experience less warm and welcoming than I had hoped. Because of that, I think I might try visiting a different restaurant in the palladium next time.

The food is good. The only complaint I always place an order online and I always say no olive oil blend because I am counting calories and every time this location always put the oil on the bowl I order. This either sabotages the calorie count Or I just throw it away if I notice it before I eat. Just be carful when placing orders online at this location. I work right down the road and have ordered here several times and it’s always wrong

Thank you for the response and taking my feedback professionally. I have it another try today and it was right!! No oil just vinegar in the bowl which is what I requested. This is the best bowl yet! Changing my stars to five! Thank you again

The service was subpar. Every time I go to this location, they forget to provide me with my bacon for my club sub. I always ask for it to wrap because I don't like it on the stove. My husband got a Chipotle cheese cake. The person cut his bread very, very thin at the bottom. Also, they are not the most friendly.

Great subs but every time I'm here, they prioritize online orders over the guests actually in store. I'm not happy staring at them making subs while I have to wait

Everything was great, but a lot of activities are going on at the same time so make sure you let them know how many subs you are getting and what the toppings are. Sometimes two or three workers will be handling your sandwich

Would not honor their own coupons

Diarrhea for the second time. Something is not right with the food sanitation.

Waited 5 minutes at the cash register to order. 3 workers, nobody acknowledged me. They were working on other orders but still a long time to wait. I left without ordering. Plus chewing gum and sneezing on food.

The guys working were so friendly and the sun was absolutely amazing.

Ordered a pickup order consisting of two cold sandwiches at 5:58 and it was predicted to be ready at 6:13. I arrived at 6:25 and was told they were still working on them. A person who paid after I came in, received their sandwich before I received my order. I didn't get my order until nearly 6:40 which was 30 minutes later than expected. I didn't appreciate being late to my plans because of this 😞

Their slogan is "a sub above." Let's take a deeper look at the ingredients.

-Highly processed bread with dozens of chemicals, conditioners and preservatives
-Processed deli meat with unhealthy additives and preservatives, no source of origin for the meat or animal welfare certifications
-Iceberg lettuce, which has no nutritional value
-Gas ripened tomatoes, still not ripe
-An olive oil blend that is really another highly processed industrial seed oil with just enough olive oil to call it an olive oil blend

I ate a sub that cost nearly $20 and was still hungry afterwards. Probably from the lack of nutritional value.

I think the slogan should be "a sub below."
