I went into place an order and I don’t go here all the time, and they seemed almost annoyed that I didn’t know the process and wasn’t able to move as quickly as they did. They wanted to be almost annoyed with that fact to the point that they were not listening to what I was saying so they had to take extra lettuce off cause I wanted light lettuce and put light mayo which I would’ve asked for extra but they seemed annoyed did not put enough mayo on the sub, be more concerned with the customer service than the speed speed speed

We always come by this location after my son's baseball practice on Thursdays (around 730-745). The people are friendly and food is good. They have all the trash pulled and no bags in the trash cans, the rugs are rolled up on the trash cans, they are mopping the floor and they always seem in a hurry to get us out the door. They don't close until 9pm. I am not sure why the cleaning process is taking place this early. It always makes us feel unwelcome to sit and eat, so we sit outside to eat

Unfortunately I have ordered from here twice now delivery (work nearby) and have an hour for lunch. I place order online and it takes 40+ mins to get my order (it is a 5 min drive- and yes I could go get it but some jobs you can’t leave and thus the need for delivery). I called and the store tells me to avoid this call and order over the phone so they can inform me if they are short staffed. No compensation back for not being able to eat my lunch because they took so long for delivery. not freaky fresh or Fast!

Food was great, tried out the new wrap they have for a limited time there. I marked the atmosphere and service low due to the fact I wanted to eat in, but they don't maintain the eating area at all it seems like. Sticky tables, so disgusting. When asked for a dine in tray, they don't even have trays for customers.
