Food was alright. Haven’t ate at Jimmy John’s before this, however I would go back. The food appeared to have been baked slightly too long however it was good. Wish the parking lot was angled better as I have a low car and it’s kinda hard to leave lol.

I used to love JJ's... kind of still do, but its getting harder and harder to enjoy it with recent experiences.
So here is what happened yesterday... Ordered #9 Italian Night Club with NO ONIONS, chips and an unsweet tea, and a #2 Big John.
i get to the window to pay my $21.66 bill, and of course have to sign the ticket prompting for a tip. Personally, I disagree with tipping for drive thru service - I mean really, what I am tipping for? I have not received anything yet. But i was trying to be nice on a Sunday and gave a $2 tip. That was waste...
I get the food and it all looks right, and I go on my merry little way home.
I get home and find the #9 is pretty much loaded with onions. Sure they can be picked off, but the flavor still remains. And sure I could go back and get it fixed right - but that is 30 minute round trip, plus time spent complaining and waiting.
The sandwiches overall and not what they used to be. As others have stated, they are thinning out the meat portions (deja vu - Chipotle) so you are getting less.
Moral of the story.... 1) Stop tipping for service that has not been received. 2) Do complete quality checks before leaving.

Went there on 7/6 at 11am. The door was locked. A staff member looked at us so we waited a few minutes to see if they would unlock the door. They didn't. Went down the street to jersey Mike's instead.
When I tell you there’s ONLY ONE slice of BEEF on this sandwich!!!! Look at this bs I spent $17 bucks on a damn salad In between two pieces of bread. 😒don’t waste your money here.

Horribly slow service. Never has enough employees and when you do get food, its half thrown together. Save your time and go somewhere else. Over priced for horrible service and 10-15min wait times
