I’m giving no star because I left my food. I went to order through the drive through and when I went around to pay the young lady working (I heard a name but won’t mention on line) was talking with her friends in the car ahead of me. They apparently had a kitten in the car and they were passing it back and forth into the building and back to the car. Since I am allergic to cats and didn’t want it near my food I backed up and left. Pretty sure that’s a huge health code violation. I’ll pass.

I go through the drive through they dont have the order ready ask me to pull up to the curb. No problem. I do that and wait with hazards on for 10 mins. Nothing. I realize i have been forgotten so to get back into the drive-thru i have to get back on the main road go around the block and turn back onto the property. Go to the radio say my name “yes we have your order ready at the window.” Get to the window they cant find my order and ask if its under another name… at this point i park my car and go into the store because i am fuming by this point. Miraculously the idiot at the window had my bag. Get back to work open the bag and my order is wrong. Freaky fast? More like freakishly incompetent.

I’ve been eating there for months and never had a problem till today. They did not prepare my sandwich there to order and they refused to make it right. Won’t eat there again. Very unprofessional management there. The person that was working the drive thru at time of pick was the lady that was rude to me. I went inside the store to request a do over on my sandwich and she was extremely rude. I hope corporate sees this review.

Came in for the Spicy Firecracker Wrap and Hot Firecracker Jimmy Chips, everything was very tasty and the staff was great and informative when I asked questions. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. Great experience.

Ordered a few sandwiches and when I got to the window, I was told they ran out of bread and had to bake more. I figured a sandwich shop would always at least have sandwich bread available but I had to substitute 2 sub rolls for a wrap, which I’m not really a fan. They gave an ETA of at least 10 minutes and I did not have too much time to wait and the order has already been paid for. The worker at the window was nice and explained everything and tried to help.

We are big Jimmy John’s fans, but the last two times we tried to order via drive thru between 8 and 8:30 we were told they were closing early due to “short staff” (Posted hours say they close at 9)
