This was the WORST $22 I ever spent!! I stopped at this KFC in High Point on my way to visit my grandkids. The chicken was horrible (8 piece original) and the apple poppers (4) were cold.
I pulled over at the gas station near the KFC and did a Google search on the poppers. I couldn't believe how cold it was so I had to Google to see if it was supposed to be cold. I thought I was tripping. There was a tiktok video of a girl doing a review of the poppers and mines were NOTHING like hers and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting in the grease.
I will not be returning to this KFC again. Horrible.

Me and my kids have came to this kfc on a regular basis and have the best customer service and food tastes amazing we went there tonight and the worker laka is and amazing worker she always has the best food service and handles our meals with the best care, the workers really know their customers we’ve never had a problem.

Was so excited KFC brought the breaded wings back! So had my bf pick some up. They are not the same 😡 They are so small cheap chicken not good and to top it off they were overcooked 😡 like really $26 for some breaded bones?! This world has turned to absolute shit! He said the staff was very friendly and professional though! 😃

This case has definitely went downhill over the years. The food is not so good. The mashed potatoes always have some weird plastic piece in it. The recipe for the fried chicken is definitely not the same anymore. The service is usually not so good because the workers clearly don’t want to work there or be there and are there to just get a check and go home.

The assistant manager has a really bad demeanor. As she is explaining to me that the use of a coupon changes every week and that I was not able to use the coupon to get what I wanted that I was able to get last week with the manager.Her demeanor and facial expressions along with her tone was very unprofessional and she might need some more training with dealing with customers. If you’re gonna send out the coupons, then they should be allowed to be used the same way whenever you come into the restaurant not one week this and one week something else I will not be returning!!!!
They don’t ever make my stuff right every single time I order off of DoorDash they GET EVERY ORDER WRONG and I’m over it do not eat here the clearly don’t care,

Had to wait for my food because they forgot. I get home my order was wrong asked for corn on co. Got mash potatoes and supposed to have 6 biscuits didn't get any. If u go there plz pay attention to what's in your bag
