The KFC location on North Main Street in High Point consistently provides unsatisfactory service. The Caucasian gentleman that frequently works the drive-thru window has made multiple order errors, at least four times to my knowledge! At this point I'm furious!

The ten dollar chicken bucket was amazing today, very juicy chicken and real flavorful. I also want to acknowledge employee (manager?) Brianna Smith. She is always smiling, happy and super friendly every. single. time. I have ever walked into this location. Her positive attitude really makes the place better.

Food was just ok. My order wasn't correct and the employee at the window argued with me about that. Thankfully another employee heard my order and told her she had gotten my order wrong. Customer service could be a lot better. I will not visit this location again.

This is the worse customer service ! They told me to wait 15 minutes and I ended waiting for 30 minutes and when I went to ask for my food the manager told me to keep waiting or she will give me a refund with a bad attitude. Never go to this location! Rude people from manager to employee.

Ordered an 8 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw on the app. The app sucks, and it sent the order incorrectly. Not only did I get the wrong sides, I only got 7 pieces of chicken. Thought the app would improve their service and order accuracy. Wrong.

I have to give KFC their credit. I don't eat fast food but my friend does and had me up there at 945 and they close at 10. But the ladies there made fresh white meat chicken even that late. And they have a passion fruit lemonade, OMG ??
