I got food for my wife and myself tonight. Every time that we go there, we have to wait and wait for someone to take our order. What I ordered tonight, I got to go. When we got the food out at home, the biscuits were inedible. They were as hard as a rock. We had to throw them out. I have seen numerous bad reviews on here. Well, you just got another one. They didn't even give me a receipt, but I guess I don't blame them if you are going to put this kind of food out.

The 8 piece extra crispy family meal was neither extra crispy or really a meal. Most of the chicken had very little meat and there was no breast. Would not recommend this place.

The restaurant was NOT CLEAN! I think the lady was to LAZY TO MAKE THE CHICKEN SANDWICH!

The employees were slightly rude, I asked for fries and and mashed potatoes, Instead I got coleslaw and mashed potatoes, the Mt dew tasted like the bottom of the tank, food was extremely cold, biscuit was hard. Chic with the blue hair shoved the bag out the drive thru window into my hand and stood there with a nasty attitude 2/15/2025, bout 5 pm. Need to take a training course on how to treat customers.

This place is absolutely terrible. The chicken is always spongy and not cooked the right way it's never crispy. The fries aren't evee freshly made, the mashed potatoes are cold more than not. Do better. High point is definitely going down hill especially this KFC.

Honestly the sorriest of KFC's. Made a mobile order 15 minutes before arrival. App said food would be ready at 3:35pm. I arrived at 3:37pm. My food is not on the quick pick-up shelf. Woman behind the counter doesnt even attempt to acknowledge me. Another patron comes in. Finally an acknowledgement. "Be with you in a second." Thats fine. Mind you not a single car in the drive-thru and only two customers inside, me included. Finally comes over, i say I'm here for a mobile pick up. States she waiting on my poppers. I wait 10 more minutes inside. She calls my order. I pick up and walk outside. My order is missing the side. I go back inside to ask for my missing side. Five minutes later Im finally leaving, with cold chicken, cold fries, and warm cherry poppers 20 minutes after the app said my order was ready.

I love chicken but this kfc on south main street high point nc need to do better matter of fact I need a refund or a free coupon to make it right I ordered a 2pc with my side was mashed potatoes the food was terrible and cold also the biscuit was so hard as a brick this sad I thought I was getting my money worth instead I was treated like a homeless bum

Place is disgusting, a thick film of something sticky on table and order kiosk. I'm literally at a restaurant that sales chicken but they have no chicken cookes and said I have to wait 30 mins. This is ridiculous and not to mention it's 6:00 pm which I imagine is a busy time for the food service industry yet they have nothing cooked. I'm actually scared to see the quality of the food. Workers are in back blasting music, cussing and acting like this is a house party. Will not be back.

Husband went to drive thru. Ordered 2 3 piece and got home and has 2 2 piece meals. They charged us for 2 3 piece meals. Chicken was not good. Mashed potatoes were covered in gravy . They tasted like dishwasher soap Will not return to this high point location No receipt was given. Get it together!

Will never order from this KFC again. The extra crispy chicken was under coocked, they did not have original recipe, which I originally ordered. Wait time on that was 10 minutes, though I placed the order online. Shift leader was very rude to me and the customer next to me. I couldn't even eat the food.i ordered because the chicken was so under cooked. Under cooked chicken can lead to serious health problems
