On March 29th, 2024 .went through drive thru and ordered chicken livers ,had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook got home after 20 minute drive to find that they had gave me chicken gizzards, called and to them back after another 20 minute drive,had only offered to replace the livers and not entire meal, this is not excitable ,it was you fault and did not even say that you were sorry for the trouble ,I expect hot food and good customer service, will be getting chicken livers at Kivett Drive Pantry in High Pint from now on,better service and food.

They made a sandwich for me that was hard and due to me being on a lunch break I had to get back and they remade my order today. I went through the drive thru to place my order and was told to wait 4 minutes, 6 minutes went by and as I walk in to get my remade order they're behind the counter making statement about how I can wait on my food because they have real customers. The older lady in there was working hard and very polite but the manger and cook or whatever she is were complaining about customers as if I wasn't standing right there. I'll definitely be calling corporate to file a complaint in regards to this because every time my friends and I come to this KFC it's either a long wait or something wrong with our order and we never complain however my sandwich was to hard to even bite into. I forgot to mention she threw my bag down the counter.

I came in for a scheduled interview, soon as I told the employee she said they don’t have any hours. I told her they constantly texted me to confirm I was coming and she said I’m not the only person they did that to today. Said she isn’t gonna waste any one time for 10 hours. I APPLIED FOR A MANAGER POSITION. KFC needs to do better as far as finding new talent. If this establishment doesn’t have hours remove the application so people aren’t wasting their time. The place was clean tho

Biscuit was hard. It took over ten minutes to get a 12 piece nugget meat , half of the nuggets shouldn't have been served because they were tiny and I'm not a very picky person. Will not come back to this location

OK, so I deleted my 1st review from 2 yrs ago so I could post this up dated one .The one from 2 yrs ago stated I was upset because I waited in line for 30 minutes.New update 12-2-23OK, it's 2 years laterI have not been here in literally 2 years yawl.First compliment was,I have a issue with people taking people nasty germy money and fixing drinks too ?just why man? I went through drive through, Now this time I did not have to wait ,but the food was not fresh at all.I ordered two number one combos .Looked and tasted as if they had been setting forever. The new wraps are horrible. They are not worth the $2.50 price. I got the Mac & Cheese, and it was an overcooked chicken nugget with some cheese spread in it. It was tough and not good at all. The service was pleasant, which was surprising for KFC, but the food quality was not.

We had a box for supper from the south main high point on 10-25-23. That was the first time I had eaten there in years. The chicken was tough and we couldn’t even eat it. I was very disappointed. So now it will be a couple of years before I eat there again.
