I thought the food was great, the atmosphere was nice. The waitress was good at her job to. I'd recommend this place to others looking for sushi or hibachi. It's nicer than most places like it. It was Tuesday at 6:00 and they were busy which is a good sign.
The food was great! The sushi was fresh, well crafted. Eel Donburi was exceptional! A must try and I would come back for that.
The service however left a sour taste. Firstly, we had to ask several times for basic things like small plate, spoon for dessert. The server even missed to serve the miso soup that should have come with the Eel Donburi. I ultimately gave up after finishing my meal, and that’s when he offered to serve it! You can’t expect that to be acceptable.

I had a wonderful experience here. I am close to this restaurant now and I think I will visit when I need to chill. It's such a cool spot, I love the ambiance, the food was great and the service was excellent. I know the difference as I had just come from another one where I was unable to consume the food. The experience here made up for my prior experience. My server was very gracious and nice. I highly recommend Little Tokyo.
