Went to this location 2 separate times , the first time me and my family sat for 20 minutes before finally getting waters.

The 2nd visit was worse , we were sat down as we arrived. Then we sat at our table for 25 minutes before being greeted by anyone , we ordered waters and waited another 10-15 minutes with out even receiving our waters. We continued to see people walk by and serving everyone around us so finally after seeing who was supposed to be our waitress walk past our table for the 3rd time with no waters we got up and left… from my last few experiences here I would recommend trying another long horn location!

The food is good, it always tastes good, the waitress was very attentive and respectful. I think the only thing is that there was a long wait to get a table and after that the food took a while, but other than that everything is good.

Waited 45 minutes to get a table. People that came in after us with larger parties got seated before we did. The waitress was friendly. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food. The food was good and prepared correctly.

Service is always good, food is tasty and cooked just as you ask for it! Staff has always been friendly as well! Can’t complain! Hands down great place to come which can be surprising from a chain restaurant!!!

I havent had the best experience with longhorn in the past but it was my birthday so decided to order takeout and give them another shot. I ordered Medium Well and upon arriving home the steak was bloody red in the center and chewy. I ended up sticking it in my oven to finish cooking.

The baked potato had lots of hard black areas on the inside. Not sure what it was but definitely didnt want to eat it. Overall another terrible experience. The crazy thing is in the past i've actually ordered my steak well done from this location and i get the same chewy bloody mess. Will try the greensboro location next time.

Ordered a NY Strip medium well I got one that was well done and tough took 45 minutes to get a new one by that time waswas full. baked potato was great salad excellent asparagus greasy took another half hour to get a new check with the steak off. Waitress never refilled our drinks
Bad experience all around Never going back.

Check your Togo order before you leave.

Sadly on January 19, 2025 I went to longhorn and placed a Togo order. Unfortunately, I did not check my order until I got home to eat only to realize half my order was missing. I immediately called and spoke with Laura who said she remembered my order and she was sorry it was incomplete. She said she will reach out to corporate with my concern and they would send me a gift card for this mistake.

Well as of today, January 26, 2025 corporate has not sent a gift card and I was literally cheated out of a half a dinner.

So I realized they try to cram everything in one bag but take the time to have them unpack your order and visually inspect your Togo order or you may find you have been cheated out of your order like me.
