I love Marco's Pizza I love y'all food but every time I order for delivery they call me and they don't have no delivery drivers I just placed the order today and I got a phone call they don't have a delivery driver and she could have put it on doordash but it wasn't a tip on there of course there's no tip I'm paying with cash I would have tip the driver when the driver got here now I have to figure out something else and I was really truly looking forward to my Marcos which I haven't had in awhile because of that issue

I placed an order through door dash for a pizza to be delivered from the Marco's in high Point. Yesterday 9/19/2024. Door dash messed my order up and delivered it to the wrong address. When made aware of their drivers mistake door dash refused to fix their drivers mistake. I spoke with the workers at Marcos and explained the situation to them. They happily fixed the issue themselves even though it was not on them to fix. I really appreciate the customer service of the 2 guys who were working last night. Keep up the good work.

I ask for a specific request with the cashier with my thin pizza. I asked the cashier to slice my pizza into 8 slices. At the end of the day, They cut it into squares. My other issues is that I requested "no romesan everywhere" and it's show on my receipt. I guess they overlooked my order. I'm not mad at them but I'm not happy either because my pizza wasn't right.

Awesome experience here at my first time experience at Marcos in general and the location I went to was in high point on north main Street. I ordered a margarita pizza. It is delicious. Dined in and I loved the players and cup having actual Marcos pizza branding. This is real pizza. The lady Wendy was super nice and even pulled out my chair for me.

My pizza wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. It hadn't even been started. It was because the guy behind the counter was the only employee working that evening. He had to do everything-cook, answer the phone, wait on tables, and clean. This is not the first time I have seen this at this location. Not only is it dangerous for employees to work alone at night, but it limits the amount of profit a business can make. The guy did a great job under the circumstances. He made my pizza quickly and it was done in 4 minutes. He was very polite, too. He should be compensated for doing such a good job under these difficult conditions.

My daughter introduced me to Marco's Pizza when we were in Winston Salem and the pizza is Magnificent !! I just recently moved here to High Point and moved into my own place, So I thought I would order from Marco's here in High Point and Hoping the Quality was the same, I had my Philly Cheese and Steak and I wanted to try the Cinnamon rolls, Everything was Extravagant and they even Topped above and beyond what I had at Marco's Pizza in Winston Salem, Go Go Marco's Pizza in High Point Keep up the Great Job !! I will definitely order from Marco's Pizza again !! Thanks and God Bless !!

This was our first time here and I have to say they were really good. It definitely did not disappoint. It is a bit pricey but when you see your entire pizza covered with toppings you cannot complain. The dough tasted fresh and the pepperoni pizza and Deluxe pizzas were worth the price. We will be going back again.

First and last time that I will order anything from Marcos. The worst pepperoni pizza ever. the middle of the pizza had a soggy crust, while the outer edge was 3 inches thick. Impossible to pick up a slice without it falling apart and it was floating in grease. Lesson learned, never again!
