Well, I like to be honest. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place, but when my friends told me about Mario's pizza ?. I had to try it, and hands ✋? down, the pizza was off the chain. I was very impressed ?? 10 ?

Couldn't understand the kid at the counter because he wouldn't speak up. the entire dining area was packed and he thought it appropriate to softly speak? Had to get boneless wings because traditional wings are astronomically priced.6 wings for $12 plus tax. And they honestly are soggy every time, 2 dollers per wing?!? Nuts. Boneless are fine besides half of them being old and cold and you could tell because the other half were steaming on the inside. Giving customers half fresh food is wild as well. 3 dollars extra for fresh basil and it's "under the cheese" he said. Hahaha the dude used dried basil and springled a total amount of three basil leaves on top of the dough after the oil. So not only did I call to get this corrected but the guy insisted and would not reimburse my three ducking dollars they charge for Basil

is the food good? maybe. the service? terrible. I was delivering and the person up front said a few minutes. 20 minutes later it’s ready. I have another delivery later that night and as I get there they say they let someone steal the customers food, and they weren’t going to remake it for me because it was 5 minutes before closing. guy up front who said that was a douchebag. not going here solely because of the service, and I don’t recommend you do either.

Loss of the Italian authenticity just like 7 out of 10 Italian restaurants around the Triad. 7 out of 10 Italian places like this one is either ran by or owned by Mexicans or Arabs but still want to call themselves an authentic Italian restaurant. You will never find that in New York or New Jersey. They may have an Italian owner but most of the time they're no where in sight or on the premises. I find that many Mexicans or Arabs put their own spin on the recipes severely taking away what could be authentic Italian cuisine. Example real Italian restaurants use real pork and ham whereas Arabs (who now own many of them) are forbidden (because of their religion) to serve pork and use turkey or beef alternatives to their ham and pepperoni which can alter what you expect. This is what you get when you become franchise and commercial!

When we moved here from Charlotte I was a little apprehensive that we wouldn't be able to find a good pizza/sub shop. We had a favorite from back home and I stumbled across Mario's in a google search. We decided to give it a try and I was so happy that we found this gem. The pizza is always delicious, just perfection. The cheesesteaks are some of the best I've ever had. The steak in them is perfectly seasoned, fresh toppings, and the folks that work here are so kind and polite. The place is always clean and everything is made to order. Never have I gotten anything even delivery that has been cold or stale. I thought I had a favorite place in Charlotte but Mario's in High Point has beaten that by a mile, and is the best local pizza, subs, etc. shop. I plan on being a longtime customer. Thank y'all for the great food and amazing service every time.
