Mr Alex overcharged me!! Evidently the prices listed online are not the same price in store!!! He charged me over 15.00 and I didn’t add on anything extra at all!!! Then said it’s better to order online when I questioned it!! Will NOT RETURN!!!

I usually have really good luck with this place so I hate having to make such a negative post, but the onions on my sandwich were very thick and mostly ends. The avacado was not ripe but it was spoiled. Ordered 2 sour cream and only got 1.

Personally this is the worst jelly sandwich I ever had. I like a good deli sandwich can I look this place up, so I told myself let me go down here and check them out for the first time, when I ordered I even announced to them that this was my first time and that I was a new customer and hopefully I will return, how old is a turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and mustard, I almost threw it out the window, I thought about going to get my money back then I told myself just never go back there. Maybe I caught them on the wrong day I do not know but from my experience steer clear of this place. A deli sandwich should not be nasty.

Manager is not friendly at all. I have witnessed her first hand be rude to the employees and a door dasher, and in addition they other day she gave me a massive attitude.

My first and last time here. I got a $14 chicken caesar salad. Food was sub par and the famous iced tea for $4 is a rip off, nothing famous about it.

We had lunch on the patio with our two dogs today at McAlister's in High Point. It was excellent! Our server, Alex, was so great & so funny! He tells the best jokes! He brought the dogs water & offered to refill our drinks & bring to-go boxes. The Reuben sandwich was HUGE & so delicious! We definitely appeciated the table umbrellas, too. We hope Alex is working next time we visit!
Friendly, courteous, patient staff. Food was excellent, fresh, made to order.
