We had lunch on the patio with our two dogs today at McAlister's in High Point. It was excellent! Our server, Alex, was so great & so funny! He tells the best jokes! He brought the dogs water & offered to refill our drinks & bring to-go boxes. The Reuben sandwich was HUGE & so delicious! We definitely appeciated the table umbrellas, too. We hope Alex is working next time we visit!

Experience was okay the food was mid it was good enough to eat. The lady that was taking our order was pretty much asking us things that we already said. One of us got a kids pizza that even a little kid would not have been satisfied with.

I saw it on my way to my hotel and had to stop. I was unfamiliar with the location, so I was a little confused about how to get there.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. The veteran's discount was a bonus. Thank you for that...

Each of our meals was over 11 apiece. My mother ordered the chicken salad. There was about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in the middle of a huge salad that had very little cheese, cucumbers or tomatoes. I did take it back and let them know that it was not enough to fill someone up. She told me that’s what they usually do….but I said it isn’t enough for a meal. She handed it to the kitchen and a guy slapped another small scoop. Not a good experience at all.

This place had a nice selection of sandwiches, soups and salads. Reminds me of a LARGER chain but better prices. I had the lunch Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich with a side of Mac n Cheese. Both items came fresh and delicious. I would recommend based on my experience.

Second time I’ve showed up to this place and both times they have prioritized take out orders more than dine in, wasn’t packed it took about 25-30min. They’re disorganized, no leadership, definitely not understaffed just management doesn’t know how to manage. Got me twice, 😂 I won’t be back the 3rd time.

Hadn't been to a McAlister's in some years and it did not disappoint. Their choose 2 for $10.99 is very filling and can't be beat. The food was made fresh and presented nicely; my potato was still steaming hot when it got to our table. My friend got a vegetarian option and while it was good, she said it wasn't very filling, so something to consider if you don't eat meat or dairy. The location was very clean, not crowded, and had a friendly n patient staff. Will definitely return💜
