Fries great!
Cheeseburger not so great...my single cheeseburger had a burger with a partial extra patty thrown in....I suspect it was a remnant from some other order or scraped off the back of the grill . Anyway, not knowing from whence it came, it made for unappetizing addition.
Parking: Lots of curbside app parking spaces have cut into regular spaces...best watch for careless drivers... typical of High Point I've come to realize.

I genuinely don't like that every time I come here, the kiosk never gives me my receipts and that the soap and sanitizer dispensers are constantly empty. That is gross and unsanitary and could risk food contamination.

The French fries tasted like Chicken Nuggets and they were half full like always! Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe, as pictured, had so much grease the box was saturated!

Yeah, always something when I come here, I hate to be the person to leave a bad review but when you give me a drink a third of the way full, I felt bad for the girl at the window because she was clearly struggling so I just told her to have a good night. but I mean come on it was insane to me how she handed me that and really thought that was reasonable. I’ll only come back to redeem my free points no way i would spend my money here again. And if you are reading this you shouldn’t either…
Always always always fresh, hot and correct! The staff is friendly too. It’s just my wife and I and we admittedly eat like crap so if we know anything, it’s fast food. This is easily the best McDs in the area, in the Triad and maybe even in NC. KEEP IT UP YALL, WE NOTICE YOUR EFFORT!

Ordered a shamrock McFlurry and then, when I got it the McFlurry wasn’t mixed just the shamrock syrup and the ice cream. A few weeks prior, I ordered a frappe from here and the straws were sticky and full of gunk it was suspicious. This specific location disappoints every single visit

I went through the drive thru to order for myself and a coworker. I asked for a McFlurry as part of my order and realized as I pulled around that I was not charged for it. I asked at the second window if that could be corrected, as I did ask for it when I initially ordered. The girl working the window said she didn't have a register and that I would have to go back around. I asked nicely if they could have someone ring it up so as not to inconvenience me having to drive back around and wait again for their mistake. She went and got another associate (Jayla) when I asked to speak to a manager who told me the managers were in a meeting. She told me the same thing basically that they could not help me. The amount of time she took to argue with me about it they could have easily corrected the mistake they made. When I pointed this out to her she shut the window in my face while saying "She don't need it anyways." First of all, I AM 7 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT! Don't tell me what I do or don't need! Secondly JAYLA, you CHOSE to work at McDonalds, in customer service. No one forced you to do so. There is absolutely no reason this issue could not have easily been corrected, especially since it was not my mistake! And for an associate to say something so rude to a customer over something that would literally have taken 60 seconds to correct on their part, is absolutely unacceptable! If you don't want to work in customer service, find a different job! I was very polite until I received attitude from this associate over a mistake that was not my fault. I will never visit this location again and will be contacting the corporate office. I did call the store and speak with someone named Kenisha who identified herself as the General Manager. While on the phone with her, I could hear Jayla in the background yelling about the incident that occurred. Again, how professional!
