Worst service ever. And don’t bother to email customer service at corporate. It doesn’t work! Waited for 25 minutes for my curbside order until I finally went in. Told the lady and she went about her business. The. A Second Lady comes. I said I had a curbside order and haven’t received it. She said, oh we “staged it”. I said I’ve been waiting outside for 25 minutes. She said again, we staged it. So I just stood there and stared at her for a moment until she finally grabbed my bags. I ended up getting five meals over $40 (that’s why I did curbside order). And of course after 25 minutes, everything was cold and one of the sprites was straight carbonation! I tried emailing corporate, but of course you can put all your info in, but it won’t go through. I understand these are independently owned and operated, but dang corporate, ya gotta have some say so over the messed up ones. Should definitely get a refund!

I placed an order in the app for pickup. However upon arriving the app was having issues. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and reorder inside. I witnessed a staff member being rude to another customer during my inside visit. The atmosphere was chaotic and the employees were stressed. Order was right when finally received.

Me and my wife recentlywent to McDonald's and we ordered 2 Hot fudge Sundays and we were giving chocolate sauce Sundays without being told so. When we said something we were givin an attitude from the manager. We didn't order "chocolate sauce" Sundays we Ordered HOT FUDGE sundays. How are you gonna try and pass off one thing for another. On top of that we watch 4 people get their food b4 my wife was even givin her drink then waited another 5mins for the non hot fudge sundays.

Bad experience all the time. There is not a single day they get my order right. The employees are never friendly. Today, I’ve decided not to come back. I’d rather spend my money at a place where the treatment and service are worth it.
I order online and they did not send what I order them when I tried. They did not send the recipe so I could not report a issue. They send me a clomplete different order and there is not way to get you money back

I don’t understand how these workers get paid to do nothing at all and refuse to make orders that are already placed 🤔 and then get mad when they have to do anything close to lifting a finger, this place is pathetic and so are the workers 😂 I didn’t make you work here.

Terrible service. Told me to park for the large fries for 5-10 min and when the employer brought the fries it was small amount of fries in a large box!!! Like why? I paid for it! And still fries were cold idk why they told me to park!! And when i went inside to tell lady was like it was full!! Huh wdym i hid those $4 fries Never going back

I absolutely hate coming to this location. They make your food wrong each and every time. Something as simple as extra ketchup they can't get right. There hasn't been one time where I didn't have to come in, have it re made, or just left. If there are multiple complaints about whose preparing the food, put them somewhere else. I've complained over 50 times. Only because it's my neighborhood store I come often for convenience. But it's a waste of time and your money. They do not care or address the issues. Same mistakes. No guidance or accountability. Better off driving across town. Need new management. It's wild how they take your money but give you whatever and totally disregard what they read on the screen. So easy yet impossible. Food temp always cold. Just no pride.
