I work overnight always ask for my food to be fresh and it always stale and old even when I ask it’s annoying getting back to work and realizing I wasted my money also my fries were missing this time

So apparently they have an issue with the chicken nuggets 4 piece kids meal when you order online. For whatever reason I had to cancel my order in the app, then go in the store and complete my order in person. It was weird but the employees for the most part were fairly decent and nice. They didn't have any ice in the machine I guess it was broke. I was just passing through here , I don't even live here, but I'd probably wouldn't come back to this location.

After hearing the way that black lady with the shirt hair talked to that young lady in the drive through cussin at her even had the audacity to yell at her asking if she were “high”!? That was uncalled for and so unprofessional. I will NOT be coming back

Worst service ever. And don’t bother to email customer service at corporate. It doesn’t work! Waited for 25 minutes for my curbside order until I finally went in. Told the lady and she went about her business. The. A Second Lady comes. I said I had a curbside order and haven’t received it. She said, oh we “staged it”. I said I’ve been waiting outside for 25 minutes. She said again, we staged it. So I just stood there and stared at her for a moment until she finally grabbed my bags. I ended up getting five meals over $40 (that’s why I did curbside order). And of course after 25 minutes, everything was cold and one of the sprites was straight carbonation! I tried emailing corporate, but of course you can put all your info in, but it won’t go through. I understand these are independently owned and operated, but dang corporate, ya gotta have some say so over the messed up ones. Should definitely get a refund!
