If you're going to order at the drive-thru, this fast food restaurant after 4AM, open hours are a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes their open, and sometimes their not. It was last week,ba couple days after Thanksgiving,I drove to four [04], different McDonald's locations, in which were all located in High Point. It was around 4:30, more closer to 5 AM, every McDonald's was closed. I finally found a McDonald's in Archdale, that was open. I got to order my mocha frappe.

Worst service EVER!!! I decided to place an online pick up order on my break at work for lunch before I drove up there so when I got there it would be ready but I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for my order that was supposed to be brought out to me in 5 minutes via curbside service. I ended up having to go inside because I didn’t want to return to work late. And when I went inside to ask for my order it had just been placed to the side and ignored by the employee. Highly do not recommend!!!

Went in this morning and ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and a egg muffin and 2 hash browns. Got home and opened my steak egg cheese biscuit and it's sausage with cheese biscuit. I eat there every morning besides for the long waits my food is right. This morning they were not busy everyone standing around. I will not be back to the store again. I pissed because I paid over $6 for my steak egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage biscuit with a piece of cheese instead.went back to store and got a lot of mouth even with the receipt. Done with this place.

It’s the McDonald’s I go to living in high point. It really just depends on who is working. I go through the drive thru so not sure how the inside is. Service was fast and the staff is most of the time friendly.

4 AM SYSTEMS ARE ALWAYS REBOOTING ALWAYS CASH ONLY I WONDER IF YOUR DEPOSITS ARE SHORT TO HAVE TO GO OUT MY WAY FOR MCDONALD'S WHY ARE YOU 24 HOURS AMD NEVER SERVICE ANYONE UNTIL ABOUT 7 AM. I'D FIRE THE ENTIRE PARENT COMPANY AND START OVER AGAIN IM TRYING TO GO TO WORK YOUR AT WORK DOING NOTHING SO WHY OPEN 24 NOT CLEANING NOT SERVING FOOD WYD?? Customer service is crazy, I go to drive thru don’t even ask if I’m using mobile app and don’t even say hi/hello then go to the window where I’m gonna pay the cashier drinking her drink while on the phone and let me wait for 5mins to pay my food, go to the the 3rd window wait another 5mins cause the lady be talking to someone else while she’s holding my bag of food that ready don’t say hi/hello or what it’s just so rude and then she gave me my food and forgot to give me my drink and not paying attention that I’m still at the window waiting for her to look at the window she open the window and ask me what else I need while she got her own personal drink in her hand and drinking it in front of me !!! I told her my drink then she close the window and still talking to her crewmate or manager then I got my drink when home then drink my drink and this is what I have in MY DRINK !!! So nasty and disgusting!!! The cross contamination is CRAZY !! NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN !! I don’t feel like eating the rest of my order cause they might be did something wrong to it !!

I asked specifically for a double bacon quarter. The guy rings up the wrong one, so I tell him to just add bacon to it and it won’t be a problem. This dude adds a whole other burger , making me pay 7 more dollars! Like what! So, I tell the lady who was going to hand me the food about the mistake and to just give me a refund for the seven dollars, she then tells me it will take a while because there’s only one manager. It does not take that long to refund someone 😐. They didn’t even give me my water that I had to freaking pay!! I paid 21 dollars just to get my whole freaking order wrong! I wasn’t even supposed to pay that much! What a waste! Pissed me off and couldn’t even get a refund.

I received the worst customer service I have ever had at this restaurant. The girl at the drive through was extremely rude. She spoke to me like I was her child. Saying didn’t you hear me say hold on. That is not how you speak to a customer. This is my favorite McDonald’s and she made me never want to visit again.
