I just left this McDonald's like 5 minutes and everything on my receipt was right except I asked for #2 $6 chicken nuggets and I got the same meal yesterday from a different McDonald's in high point so I know the 6 peice chicken nugget is buy one get one for $1 and the employee was going to charge me full price and then I asked her about the buy one get one for $1 and then she said don't worry about it so then I get home and they gave me a empty box that had no nuggets in it. Now tell what kind of crazy mess is that. Everytime I go to that McDonald's its always something.

This location is horrible. You have to wait in the Drive-Thru way too long. McDonald's is known for fast service. This drive-thru is like the nursing home of drive-thrus. Why have two lanes if you only let one car go at a time and then you wait 4 minutes? That was my wait time 4 minutes between cars. That is unacceptable. Fire them all fire the manager clean out the store and get it together.

Made a mobile order and everything was correct and I will give them credit for being quick but the girl that brought my order to my car was very rude. She barely acknowledged me and just stood there staring at me waiting for me to take my food from the tray. Is it so hard to provide friendly customer service or at least to acknowledge somebody when they ask how you're doing?

Absolutely hate this McDonald’s. They had me sitting outside in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. I literally watched the girl clean the dining room with a drive thru headset on and they still chose to ignore me. Then when they finally took my order my fries were cold and soggy.

Opposite of fast food. 30 minutes to get our food. Would have been faster if we went to the sit down chilli across the road. Should have know it but didn't see the reviews until we had already been waiting 15 minutes and begun to wonder if they were slaughtering cows in the back as part of the process. Short staff, and the staff there don't care.

Told me they were closed when it was 10:38. When I said you don’t close till 11pm he said ok well what can I get for you cause we’re out of everything. Then said his headsets for drive thru are dead and couldn’t help us. Extremely unprofessional and poor business practice.

Dude this place is absolute garbage. The staff is disrespectful and lazy. They don’t care about their jobs in the slightest bit. Waiting 30 minutes at the end of the drive thru for strawberry pies is wild. I sat here so long a worker came out and asked why I was there. That dude in the only competent person in that restaurant.

Worse customer service ever received from this place. This guy was almost hit a parcel of food into my face not even to tell me my order was ready . Spend over 30 mins waiting on burger and fries . They need to do better

Last time coming to this McDonald's. Absolute rudest staff ever at this location. If they do happen to speak, there isn't a single please or thank you in their vocabulary. If work is that bad, quit! Has been like this on every visit I have made.
