wouldn’t answer the speaker at 10:30, had a order for grubhub, drove 15 minutes out here arrive at 10:35 and they’re apparently closed when the sign and online says they close at 11. making me lose money.

Don't come here. I had 1 order of hot cakes and bacon, after standing there for 30 minutes I had to leave without my food. The store was empty and the employee's were just back there playing around. Also it smells like they mop the floor with sewer water. You will be better off going to another McDonald's.

Pulled in a spot to order and have it brought out. A sausage and cheese McMuffin and a hash brown. 12 minutes to get it out to me. I was about to walk in. I guess not a priority in park and order.

Do not choose this location for doordash or the McDonald's app they will give out your food or let someone else steal your food. Claim that they don't have your order and refuse to remake it. Also in person is even worst. the staff here are always rude.

I have come to this store several times out of necessity, but really the atmosphere always looks dirty, unkempt, the ice machines almost never have ice. Imagine if the place is dirty, how much more so are those beverage machines that only have to replace the liquid and that's it. Everything must come out dirty.
The staff is slow to serve me, I am missing products in my orders, they serve with annoyance and not with kindness.
I understand the stress that working with food generates, I worked for 4 years in a restaurant kitchen; But I don't share the attitude of the staff.
I just ate a burger with a bun and COLD chicken. Definitely DO NOT READ REGARDLESS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
