I went through the drive thru to pickup a mobile order at 10:31 pm tonight, 11/3/2025. They left an order of chicken nuggets out of my bag. I tried to call at 10:55 pm to complain and no one answered the phone. It seems every time I place an order at this location they mess my order up or leave something out of it.

First thing I wanna say is, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. No wonder they are short staffed, the manager working there has a terrible attitude. The ONLY employee working the counter/grill/everything was super rude to all customers as well. I watched the manager yell at a customer(white male) because they wanted to charge their phone while they eat, she yelled at him and said only for 5 minutes cause he cant loiter.loitering. however, there's another customer(of the same race as the manager) that has been sitting there charging his phone for at least an hour. Oh and they lady gave me an attitude because THEY are out of the sauce I ordered... if only there was a negative star option...

Y is it every dang time I got to this specific McDonald's they are awlay messing up, I oreded plan double quarter, I get it with everything on it and it old as crap the buns are burnt the Patty's are thin and are cold and taste terrible

Tawana Alford is very unprofessional, I walked in and heard here cussing at employees, to the point where I turned around and walked out after I got her name to report her. If this how this location allows managers or shift lead people to talk to their employees I definitely would never eat at this location again very UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOR THE LOCAL OWNER OF THE RESTAURANT THIS UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING

Every other one of my orders is missing a burger or fries. I don't understand why it's so hard for my order to be complete.
The food and customer service could be a little better the fries are never crispy and they mess orders up pretty often

If you can AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Service was terrible, manager had an attitude, lobby was packed, drive thru was packed and it wasn't rush hour! If you can just drive 2 miles into Archdale go to that one. At least they pride themselves on customer service. My only regret is that I couldn't give this a negative star.

I made a breakfast order at 8:56am and it is now 9:41 and I call up there over and over and have yet to get anyone on the phone. I have not been able to cook or anything due to it making me sick because I am pregnant so I though I’d get ahead today and order me breakfast so I can actually eat for once and as I type this I got a message that my order is cancelled at 9:41 A WHOLE HOUR AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER☺️, what a beautiful day you know?!?!?! I wouldn’t be leaving a review if I wasn’t flooded with pregnancy hormones right now so this is probably just that or the fact that i am in disbelief of what kind of service yall have!!
