This is my local McDonald’s and every single time I come to this McDonald’s they have asked me to pull up to a drive-thru parking spot. I don’t order anything special, I ordered a burger and fries, and it still takes them five minutes to bring it out to my car. And I know they do it because they don’t wanna have long wait times on their stats however they’re lying and manipulating their numbers by making people pull up to parking spots. i’m currently at the restaurant right now in FIVE cars are waiting for their orders. This is truly irritating and just poor customer service, it is a consistent problem I’ve experienced here.

Disappointed with them, they robbed me of a monopoly sticker. I bought an ice coffee and that cup always come with a sticker. I told the lady at the windows and she refused to give me a cup with my game piece. Garbage service

Last week I needed somewhere to work while waiting on a family member who was attending a class nearby. On three separate evenings, I spent about 2.5 hours each night in this McDonalds. The atmosphere was generally quiet. Overall, the dining area was clean with staff periodically checking and wiping tables. The bathroom was one of the cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've ever been in. Staff appeared to actually be there to work. The woman who appeared to be the leader or manager had a wonderful smile. She was observed multiple times pleasantly greeting and having upbeat conversation with customers.

I sat in the parking lot for five minutes because I wanted fries and the app wouldn't let me order them until 11am. The fries were barely warm and had that discoloration from sitting under the heat lamp too long. Waste of time and money when Chic Fil A is just a few buildings away.

The first sandwich given was an old sandwich that wasn’t hot & the bread was hard. They gave me another sandwich, hot, but I guess it’s the bread that’s old because the second sandwich was hard. Pictured is the result of pinching the bread, and it crumbles like crackers because of how hard and dry it was. I have a video, unfortunately google won’t let me upload it. I came in right before lunch and was told they could give me my order still. Had I know the food would be old, I wouldn’t have ordered it.
