I came in yesterday and it was a great experience. Staff were so nice. Kyla and Emily helped me. They told me all about the menu and were so helpful and answered all my questions and let me sample all the flavors I wanted to. Overall I will be back! Great experience, great ice cream!

Got here at 12:15. Hours on the site, Google, and door all say 12, but not a light on in the store, and no one answers the phone. Sucks I burned the gas to get here all the way from Greensboro and they aren't actually open. I won't be back to this location, I'll just stick with Coldstone I guess...

We needed to order some ice cream for a corporate event on 9/11. We originally went with a different vendor who had horrible customer service and we found Misos through Google. We had an amazing interaction with a worker named Katie who was so accommodating and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting time or bothering them. I had many questions and requests but they were so accommodating. If you are looking for someone for an event, book these guys. You won’t be sorry and you’ll have no stress with booking them!! They even offered delivery to our location which was so helpful!
