I will never give this place my business again! Too corporate. Even after placing a large birthday order, they would not give my children their free Bundt cake. They said they had to be age 12. They turned age 12 this year and now they’re saying they have to be 13 absolutely ridiculous.

I was provided some bundtinis to try and boy are they scrumptious! I have officially cheated on my diet but it was so well worth the taste of that lemon blueberry bundtini! They were super moist and sweet ah perfect size for a sweet tooth as big as mine! 10/10 would recommend!

The cakes were good. However they gave me the wrong cakes. I ordered lemon blueberry, two white chocolate, and one strawberries and cream. However I got two lemons and I don't even like the plain lemon.

The Door Dash CS rep was so rude to the both of us, that I complained on him! I called personally, to reorder & the issue was so simple. Lindsay got on the phone & explained her side, which she didn't have to because I was even willing to pay more! All the guy had to say was they didn't have 1 flavor of the 3tower smdh ??♀️! Lindsay is chef lead & she is flipping awesome! Best customer service experience from the rep that answered the phone, all the way to her requesting to speak to me personally ❤️????! Thank y'all so much! And if you ever stop 3rd party, my lazy bum will STILL support!

I'm giving 5 stars because for some years now, I've been getting my birthday cakes from Nothing Bundt cakes, and have always enjoyed every flavor... especially the icing❣️Well, unfortunately, I received an email saying that the lemon-razberry flavor would be expiring on 2/4/24, so I thought I'd get it once more. I overlooked -free until I got to the store counter. I asked the server what would be the major difference in taste. She said not much difference, but for me, except for the icing, it didn't even taste like the superb Nbc that I've always known. It was very dry, and tasted nothing like the regular flavor. I didn't like it at all, but wasn't going to return, so I just tolerated it. Thankful for the icing, it saved the cake.

Ordered some individual cakes for our family birthday celebration. WOW just delicious! Moist cake, great frosting and wonderful service in the store. Highly recommend!
The service there was nice but the cake is dry the icing move like glue taste greasy and they don’t have spoons or forks and I guess they don’t have napkins either I wouldn’t go

Do NOT put the confetti from a bday cake as it it NOT edible! Why they include this at all is beyond me. Spent a ridiculous $40+ cake and the serving was ruined bc of supplied paper confetti. Confetti aside the cake was not that great. What a scam

What a great first experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had no idea what I wanted or what was really there to offer. The long brown headed lady was quick to guide me on getting a small last minute gift together for my daughter and was very friendly, informative and patient while I sorted through decisions. The lady in back that brought me my cake was friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the wrapping. Will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a great first experience!

Paid for 10” large white chocolate raspberry cake with extra icing for my little brothers birthday and asked them to put the decorations in a bag or beside the cake in the box and I’d decorate it. I got Zero Happy Birthday decorations! Cake looks sad! No time to drive back to HP store to get decorations (25 min drive there and 25 min back home)! Disappointed! Cake looks like anyone baked it. Threw some candles on from Food Lion. ?
