We got soup and sandwich for lunch... The Clam Chowder Soup was worst than the can. Shrimps was tiny salad size Broth was watery..... Not to mention Clams were invisible... Buffalo Chicken Sandwich wasn't bad but hurt my stomach..... I believe it was like $10 so what u expect 😜

Had to wait when entering, Noone paid attention to seat anyone. When we were seated, server was not attentive and wanted to talk to coworkers while I talked my order. Found blue plastic in ice in tea, and received no apology or consideration for it. This location needs a real Manager and one that will manage the staff to do their job.

The positive first- the food was really great tasting. Negative- not only did it literally take 6 minutes for a hostess to come to the stand, when my tea was served, there was part of a plastic bag in it, they were out of Splenda for the unsweet tea and not only did the bartender break one glass item, she broke 2, one of them being right beside our table. She was very distracted when taking our order and had to stop several times before finishing. Not an overall great experience. No complaints with the food though.

I ordered a ribeye steak medium well, it came out with just fat there was barely any meat to salvage, and it came out rare and bloody, definitely not medium well and it is 27 bucks that you are paying just for the steak itself! It surprised me very much that they would even serve that. When I told my waiter about it she grabbed the manager and they came to talk about fixing us a new steak, the manager talked to me as if I was dumb and acted like it was my fault for ordering the type of steak I did and tried to blame it on that. I knew this was just to make me belive it was my issue but I always dine in at the outback in Winston and they serve the best steaks and I always order a ribeye and I have never had this issue, it has always been an amazing steak with little fat, you get the meat you are paying for, when they replaced the streak they gave me a different kind of streak to “prevent the same thing from happening twice” initially insinuating that it was my fault for the steak I ordered AGAIN. I got home to eat the steak cause I got it takeout and the New York strip they gave me had the SAME ISSUE. They served it with bone aswell, just a terrible experience and I do not recommend, but i definitely recommend the one in Winston near the mall they are amazing, I will never be returning here again, I hope this helps!!

While visiting family we went out to a late lunch, we hadn't eaten all day so we were hungry, I have extreme problems with high blood pressure so I am extremely careful what I order, I ordered a 6 oz Filet cooked medium rare (NO SEASONINGS) the waitress confirmed that she found the option on her tablet, I also ordered mashed potatoes however the filet came to the table and had seasoning and the mashed potatoes were extremely salty, you could even see salt on top of the potatoes, I told the waitress but all she said was she was sorry however my plate of food was no good to me. We eat at Longhorn a good bit and I order the same food at Longhorn and it is always delicious and they always honor my special request. Please talk to your servers and cooks about the importance of not adding extra sodium, that's why salt and pepper are available on the table. This was the first time in 14 years that I had eaten at a Out Back however I will continue to enjoy Longhorn.

Ran into an amazing server at the Togo kiosk who helped us deliberate, how we as pescatarians could eat off the menu. She was very much knowledgeable and very much helpful. We appreciate Kendall for her services. We ordered a steakhouse salad substitute with salmon and it was banging. Definitely suggest coming again. And definitely want Kendall as our server. What a sweetheart. Thank you outback.
