What's the point of having curbside pickup give a time, if you guys are going to come out and ask what I ordered 20 minutes after the time pick up?

Worst filet I've ever had and the ranch dressing on the salad was too spicy. My mouth was burning. The only thing I finished was my baked potato.

I have not been to Outback in a few years. We don't eat out much, but my daughter wanted to treat me, so we decided on Outback. I am so glad we did! The service was outstanding, everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! I am so sorry we waited so long, but we will be back soon and often.

Not allergy friendly, save your time and don't go here! Told the server the allergies but it was ignored. Had one bite and was sick the rest of the time and had to leave.

ordered on line and WOW for $136 meal this was PITIFUL. 2 out 3 of the steaks were bloody inside even though order medium well. 3 loaded potatoes all cold. burnt blooming onion. missing side of rice. we order 2 lobster tails that we have larger shrimp in our freezer. we arrived when the order was ready called in and sat for another 15 minutes and guess what NO THANKYOU. Called the store asked to speak to a manager, a female answer and said she was one of the managers and again I asked to speak to the MANAGER and she refused. I told her most of the issues, I found MORE after getting off the phone. I wanted credit for the issues and she said I could come to the store which means the whole meal is now cold. I said no just a credit, then she said the whole mean in a hateful way but at that time I did not say that. JUST HER ATTITUDE sucked. Then she wanted it to go on our phone number so we would have to order AGAIN and AGAIN have them screw up the order AGAIN. This is the first time in over a year of ordering with them because we grew TIRED of them constantly screwing up the order, missing food or not cooked correctly and maybe a little THANKFUL. I asked for it back on my card and I said do whatever cause she made it very clear she did not want to do ANYTHING. So future customers save yourself MONEY and heart ached do NOT EAT HERE

These people are RUDE KITCHEN STAFF IS HORRIBLE THEY NEED TO GET A HOLD OF SOME NEW WORKERS. Food came out wrong and cold. They got mad because I wanted fresh food. Either way it go rude, and wrong food is not ok. Accountability go along way. The manager allowed her staff to talk to us as customers however they wanted to. Do better

This Outback use to be good years ago and haven’t been here in about 5 years so we gave it a try again nothing has changed food not good and wait staff doesn’t care if you’re order is right so we will try again in another 5 years to see if it has improved

So far we have been sitting for 10 minutes and no one has taken our drink order.

Update. Waitress came by after 12 minutes of sitting. I told her this is shitty service and her response was that she is busy. Multiple servers at this time of day and she is too busy to wait tables. The couple next to us had to get their own to go boxes since she never came back. I do not recommend under any circumstances.

The hostess, however, was professional and polite.
