Papa Joe's Pizza & Subs

BEWARE...Today is 2/28/2025 I don't even know where to start it was that BAD.. WE ORDERED 2, CHEESEBURGER PLATES IT WAS BURNT SO BAD, THEY WERE OUT OF HAMBURGER BUNS AND DID'NT TELL ME SO IT CAME ON A A SUB ROLL THE LETTUCE WAS SLIMEY THE TOMATO WAS TERRIBLE AND NO ONION IT WAS DISGUSTING.ORDERED FRIED MUSHROOMS THEY WERE BURNT TO A CHRISP.THIS PLACE USE TO BE SO GOOD BUT NOW ITS NOT FIT TO FEED A DOG AND TO TOP IT OFF THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS SO RUDE.. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE .. THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE ORDER HERE

They first off had me waiting over an hour for delivery which my order was a cheese steak and fries that was $17.00 a little boy come running to my door with my food saying he had car problems after the person at the store giving me a run around saying he pulling up any minute now about 3 times of me calling! They were not trying to accommodate me for how long it took and for my food to be cold and my fries soggy if I was in the area I wouldn't even make them my last choice they wouldn't be on the list at all!!!!!

I regret to inform you that the quality of the food I ordered today was unsatisfactory. The wings appeared to have been reheated rather than freshly fried, and the ranch dressing cups had spilled inside the bag upon delivery. I hope the restaurant owners and cooks can improve their food preparation and handling practices to ensure customers receive fresh and properly packaged meals in the future.

Pizza is awesome!!! And the owner is nice and friendly, he even let me try a pizza he was bringing to his family…. Definitely recommend it here

No I would just like to say first and foremost that I have always loved Papa Joe's it's actually one of my favorites the Stromboli is amazing to my favorite the fries are great too but here lately the food has been cooked too high because the outside was clearly burnt the inside wasn't all the way done not to mention there was things added to my order that I did not order and then I was told it could not be put back on my card. I have never had this issue at this store they have new people answering the phones and I think there is new people in the kitchen as well because I don't normally write bad reviews if I can try to find a way to give a business their props in any way shape or form even through adversity I will let them know what could be corrected or done better and I try to be honest about the whole experience. I did not want to put this up however when my card was charged without my permission for a totally different price and I was given food that I did not want after telling them that I did not want it I actually had to call back after seeing the charge pop up on my phone I hadn't even gone to pick up my food yet it was about 10 minutes after I ordered I got the notification and there was $9 more than what I had ordered. So my thing is if you could not put the money back on my card however I know that you can why didn't he offer to give me the cash back because it was something that I did not order the gentleman was very short with me and cut me off to end the call because he had other calls coming in this is very unprofessional and I do not approve I eat here 2 to 3 times a week but the past two weeks has been terrible yesterday of the worst experience though and 75 cents for a small cup of ranch I have never been charged for the ranch until these past 2 weeks and for two cups of ranch it's a $1.50 and it's not the normal container that's got a nice proportional amount of ranch for my steak Stromboli it's half of that size and it's not even full and sometimes they will forget to put it in the Box and charge my card for it and tell me that I have to pay $75 more because he doesn't see it on the receipt however I show him that the price for what I ordered is here but this is what I've been charged and when pointing it out he says no the percentage on apologize for the misunderstanding I'm not sure that the owner knows what's really going on however I will follow up on this because I plan to speak with him about a few different things and I will follow up with more details

The pizza here is quite delicious and it is cooked right then and there. No picking up old pizza here. Its only downfall is the atmosphere. The place doesn't look great that's for sure. A hot and small front entrance, is only good for placing an order. Still, I would recommend trying them out first, you may be surprised.
