Quite possibly the slowest panda express i’ve ever seen with horrible service!!!! I’ve been here 3 times always the same out come ever with 3 cars in front you WILL BE in line for at least 20 minutes, literal joke

It’s the only panda In the triad area whose food I enjoy. if you have the option, order inside. Drive through is very very slow and online orders are even slower. Those are my only complaints.

I like the location, and the people working are great! If you plan on dining in, go for it, it'll be a good spot to grab lunch. The big detractor by far here is the drive through. I'm not sure if this business model doesn't work well with a drive through format, but being in a line (with curbs, so there's no bailing) for over 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead is wild. I think the issue stems from them not having people pull up when there is a wait on certain items. Without exaggeration, if there are three people in the panda drive-thru, go to the cookout next door. Even if the line is wrapped around the building, you will get served faster.

The food was good. Unfortunately for most of the items they had were hot and spicy, which I couldn't handle, so I was limited on what I could get. The one item I absolutely loved was the apple pie roll they sell. That was very good. The restaurant was clean and well kept up, including the parking lot. I will definitely be going back.

Good food! Reasonable price… Good attention Cleanliness more or less It's always very crowded so take that into account. The churro is very delicious haha it's not called that but I don't remember its name, but I do recommend it.

I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I was so excited for Panda Express to come to HP. However, driving back to Greensboro gets more and more appealing. When I order a bigger plate for my husband. Why is it that I can never get what I say as the third item, in the box! If you are going to charge me additional for your specialty, and i told you. Why can't you get it right! It is not the same people waiting on me. So apparently this is an already managerial rule set in place. Simply don't ask how I want my plate. Just tell me how you are going to do it anyway!

Very poor service. I waited thirty minutes for Bourbon chicken. While i listen to the cook argue with the a guy server because he asked him what was the wait time on the Chicken. Which was a legit question. After that was over, 20 minutes later here come Sara another server with no customer service training. Very rude with the attitude she did not want to be there . Unfortunately for me she became my server and did not want to put any food on my plate. Usually not a big deal but today i asked for a little more seeing i was waiting so long. She ended up getting mad walking off not finshing my order and talking junk while acting like she was doing something. Sara you get a" F" for your terrible service. No manger was present so no one to talk to. Never leave this working unsupervised. Because of Sara Panda Express gets a bad review.

They left my drink off the order and when I called in all they said was the next time I came in they would make it right. Over $21.00 spent to have the order delivered and that's their solution. On top of that there's soo much background noise i can hardly hear the person.
I ordered pick-up from Panda Express in H.P. with the app while in Colfax, NC. Drove to this High Point location and still had to wait on my order. Staff members are unwelcoming and somewhat rude. I'll drive to Greensboro before returning to this High Point location

Came into this location yesterday for a late lunch with my wife while we were in the area. Food was actually good until I found a piece of metal in my orange chicken. Absolutely killed it for me.... No telling what else is in there and not worth the risk of swallowing metal with my food. This is absolutely unacceptable.
