Never have I ever sat in a drive thru line for as long as I just did tonight. Thirty Minutes with only two cars in front of me. If I could have pulled out of line I would have long ago. When I finally got to the window after thirty minutes of waiting they took my payment and then told me the chicken would still be a minute. After a few minutes they came back to tell me it still wasn’t ready could I switch to something else. I’ve been in line for about 35 minutes at this point and was so over it that I just asked for a refund. I pulled away without my food because it still wasn’t ready. This location needs to do better.

Wanted to write a review because Mary at the drive through was super nice! She was super cheerful/patient, I'd hope she's on drive through next time I see her!
Sometimes you get less of the protein than the other ingredients in an entree, but it's still decent food. A small bowl is fairly cheap and filling.

Went thru the drive thru to get my hubby some lunch while he was at work. Ordered teriyaki chicken, and thank goodness I checked the bag before I left the parking lot! No teriyaki sauce, amd yes I told them on the side even tho one would think teriyaki chicken would automatically come with teriyaki sauce! So other then having to back up, park my car, get out and go into the store to get the teriyaki sauce, the food was great as always and service was quick and friendly!
Placed a big order at 4:20 PM, told it’d be ready by 6:20. Got a text at 4:52 saying it was ready—showed up at 5:30, and the manager acted like nothing was ready and said they’d “make it soon.” To make things worse, one of the chicken items that should have been a full tray was only half. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Ordered online and there was missing food. Tried CALLING 10 Times and no answer there was barely anyone there when we picked it up why can't anyone answer a phone?
Order was 2entree 1 side ( sirloin, teriyaki chicken, fried rice) whole order of chicken missing but sticker on the box even says it's supposed to have chicken.

Was playing putt-putt across the street. An employee of Panda Express sat in their car for 15-20 minutes blasting profanity filled music, while kids were playing. When the store manager was confronted about it, they laughed, and basically said “I can’t do anything about”, while the employees laughed about it not 5 feet away.
