We hadn’t visited Panda Express in quite some time due to underwhelming experiences at other locations. However, a friend recommended that we give the newly opened High Point location a try, and we’re glad we did. The service is excellent and efficient, and the food tastes significantly better than what we remembered from before. The ambiance is pleasant, and despite the slightly awkward shape of the parking lot, it offers ample space. During peak hours, the restaurant can get quite busy. Overall, this High Point Panda Express would be my top recommendation.

We've order twice take out on the family deals and so far, everything is great. A great bargain to feed 5 plus people. Anyone that's complaining here about little things is simply just trying to get something for nothing. Example, the steak and veggies will be smaller but it is steak. It's well worth the money.

Went to this location a couple weeks ago and I will never go back. I recommend you go to the wendover Ave location. Ordered online and went to pick up my food 25 mins after it was supposed to be ready and the food still wasn’t ready! Very slow location. I went inside and the lady was rude but she wasn’t rude to the man right next to me who was asking about his food also. His food was ready and she handed it to him but after waiting an extra 15 mins when my food was ready she put it at the to go area and didn’t even let me know that it was my food. Very rude and stale for no reason. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else! Retrain your rude workers at this location!

The teriyaki chicken is tasty and the chow mein is never overcooked or dried out. Portion is just about right but the prices are too high considering it's one chicken thigh and some egg noodles. Store is clean, service is fast and staff is friendly though!

First time coming to Panda Express. Everything was great all the way down to the the friendly staff who were working real hard to deliver delicious food. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and really good. Portion size was good as well. Even if you had a bad experience here before I would recommend give them another try. Will definitely be back.
