We ordered catering today for a team lunch. While the delivery arrived on time, and the rest of my team received exactly what they ordered, my lunch was wrong. The teammate who placed the order called the restaurant and spoke with someone who said they would make the correct item and send it out once the delivery driver returned from the run he was on. She also said they would call to let us know when to expect the driver. That NEVER happened. Instead, someone at the restaurant decided to just refund the price of my lunch back to the card. While that should have happened as well, that decision that was NOT communicated to us left me in a 2.5 hour meeting without lunch. I will certainly not patronize this restaurant for either single meals or catering in the future.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This place is a disgrace. The most consistently bad service of any restaurant I've ever patronized. They get the order wrong more than they get it right. Incorrect soups, soups half full, sandwiches wrong or missing ingredients (recently got a turkey sandwich...without turkey on it). If you order on the app, there's a good chance they wont even have the items you've paid for when you get to the store. Staff are outrageously rude or otherwise inattentive, restaurant is always dirty. But hey, at least its reasonably priced!

(Its not.)

Lighting your money on fire will make you less miserable than trying to get a soup and sandwich out of this business. Save yourself the drive and burn your money at home.

I went inside restaurant and was ready to place an order for a few bagel packs, noticed the lady boxing up the bagels was picking her nose , I turned and walked out, how disgusting..

This is the second time I’ve had an order issue with this Panera location. First time, one of my items was left out of my order. I take accountability because I should’ve checked before leaving. This time, I ordered the Frontega chicken WITHOUT modifications and yet somehow, I get home to a chicken and tomato sandwich. I wouldn’t be so irritated if I hadn’t taken my lunch break to pick this order up. I don’t understand how a menu item w/o modifications gets messed up. The manager that I spoke with was kind, and I appreciate that; however, it doesn’t resolve the fact that I used my lunch break to avoid high delivery fees to pick up my order only for it to be wrong…again.

Excessive wait time (over 30 minutes) for a sandwich and juice. I'm pretty sure they lost my order and one other. Other members in my group waited over 25 minutes. Though, the worst part was probably having to listen to other customers complain about the wait. Cashier seemed inexperienced and not mindful of details. A friend in my group noticed an ingredient in her soup was missing. Still, the food experience for all was great. The steak and cheese was scrumptious, the bread being the best part.

Panera Bread is really in decline. There are constantly missing ingredients and options on the menu, and the quality has been abysmal. I spent $40 on an online order and some of the food was missing. When I called for a refund, the server put me on hold for 15 minutes just to process a refund for 2 items. The quality of the Fuji apple salad was horrible, and the tomato soup was watery. The service is awful; it's like they are doing you a favor. The prices have gone up, but the quality has decreased. It's not worth your money!

Unfortunately, stopped by here 15 minutes before closing and they cleaned everything off of the shelves. Oh well.

The rating here reflects management’s failure to properly staff this location. The team working today was doing the absolute best they could with the resources given. They had great attitudes and tried to keep up, but you can only move so fast. The result was slow service, out of all coffee and areas not restocked.

Yikes…order was running behind even though the store wasn’t busy and my sandwich looks like this…I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich. Pretty sure none of their sandwiches are supposed to look this way. This has sliced turkey, cheese, lettuce, and not a trace of sauce. Everything looks like it was quite literally thrown on the bread…looks awful. I also ordered a whole sandwich and this is definitely a half.

They served us expired food (parfait) and everything tasted disgusting. It took them multiple tries to do a simple refund.

Location does not have a drive thru so you have to sit and place a to go order. I did not want to go in as I had my baby with me. They forgot to put my side in with my meal and I had to wait almost an additional 10 minutes. Took about 20 minutes or more to get food. I also got bagels to eat for this morning and they are hard as a rock. I can barely cut through them with a steak knife. I cut it into peices and threw more than half of it away. Very disappointed in quality of food. Bagel has to have been sitting out almost a week.
