Ordered online. 10 minutes was the pick up time. When I arrived there was a line of 6 people and only 2 people working. Several people dinning in. The messaging said the order was complete. It was not. I waited 20 minutes and had to track down the manager who was ringing up people due to the other worker not being able to handle coupons. Not a good experience.

This place was good, but not great. In fact, the AI SUMMARY PREDICTED MY EXPERIENCE.
First, the AI said that “People say this cafe offers a variety of bagels, sandwiches, and soups.” True ✅. They had a bunch of options to choose from. And they even have a “You Pick 2” deal, which gives a discount of all items, which is so SMART of them to do that. The food was even delicious!
But the AI also said “Other reviews mention the service can be slow and the food can be incorrect.” This was also true ✅… It was kind of slow, and they got half of my order WRONG. I picked a soup, a grilled cheese, and a side of chips. I did get my grilled cheese, but they got the soup wrong and gave me a SALAD instead. They did change it after (thank god), but then I realized MY SIDE WAS MISSING. They told me that they are busy working, which I get. At least if my order was right it would be a perfect 5/5.
So overall, it was kind of mid. If they could spend the same amount of time, but ACTUALLY get my order right, it would be a great place instead of good. But the food was delicious at least.

Place seems to always be dirty. I ordered coffee and there was no coffee. When they finally brought one type it was look warm. Switched to tea and that water was Luke warm. But the person that took our order was very nice.

Communication between order taker and food preparation was none existent. Items ordered were not available.
Cleaning appeared to be an afterthought and many tables were not clean enough to eat on.
Had been our favorite Panera Bread for years. Disappointing to say the least but I am hopeful that it will turn around soon.

Ciabotta cheese sub, very skimpy on all ingredients....had to ask for more onions and peppers as you couldn't see any on the sandwhich when i opened it. Crushed bag of chips. Too expensive for what you get.

Finally went here after co workers regularly get food here. The pastries are cold, dry and stale. Also way more costly for very low quality. The workers were nice and I know it's not them but the company itself using cheap quality likely frozen food. For the amount spent here you could get a actually freshly made and warm breakfast elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed...bathrooms were dirty, trash inside and out overflowing, dirty dishes were also stacked sky high. We went to 4 tables before we found a clean one (still had to wipe crumbs off it). Trash on the floor. Not typical for Panera!
Food was good!
We are traveling...thankful this isn't our hometown Panera!

One of the worst chain restaurants still in existence. Constantly skimping on portion size, absurd prices, skeleton staff, orders consistently significantly late. What else can I say? No wonder this chain is dying

Food is edible. The honey walnut spread was like a thick paste that did not want to spread. It was so hard. I don’t know what their version of toasted is but not crunchy and room temperature. When I walked in, the man behind the counter left the counter to go clean something then came back a few minutes later to take my order. The tables were dirty, the drink area was a mess. Haven’t been to Panera in a long time. Guess they’ve gone downhill.

All-A-Flutter Farms LLC

Placed an online order for our staff. Came to pick up. All of the sides were missing, and one of the meals was missing. Called the store, they did offer to get the missing items together… But did not offer any sort of apology, etc. Had to make two trips and by the time that was all complete our lunch break had concluded. Will also add our lunch break is later than the average lunchtime, the store itself had barely any customers.
