I ordered a bagel sandwich with green goddess dressing on the side and a drink. The dressing was missing, so was my drink, and the sandwich had next to nothing on it. Actually ridiculous that someone would make this meager sandwich and try to have someone pay $10 for it. Just careless. Do better.

Tried Asiago Bagel sandwiches. Ordered at drive tru and very disappointed with quality of sandwiches. Our sandwiches were very soggy from excessive dressings as well as very modest chicken distributed on sandwiches. Very disappointed seniors.

Ordered 2 of the new Chicken Roma asiago bagel stack sandwiches to go. Got home and looked like chicken not even on either sandwich. There was cheese one tomato, few pieces of arugula and one piece of thin chicken, about the size of two women’s fingers together in the middle of that huge bun. The broccoli soup was ok. For $31 dollars we did not get what we paid for. Restaurant appeared short staffed. Should have listened to other reviews and stayed away. This was 1st time going to this location will be last.

Panera promises but rarely delivers on that promise. Coffee is usually out by 9:00 and not refilled a cheese souffle is rare if ever. And they never change because they don't care about the individual. They are actually worse than the local cafeteria service.

Should be zero star for food because the presentation is disgusting. The bagels were thrown together, brown bag packaging was crumpled and torn as if someone handled it too much. Overall looks dirty. The lady was overwhelmed. If understaffeded, panera should have denied some orders or should have closed the drive thru.

I’m annoyed with this location especially with the the drive thru..the African American female with pcos skin was incredible condescending and kept saying “what else, what else” super annoying and then didn’t put all of my items that I paid for in the bag and expected me to drive off and forget…super annoying. Also purposefully declining my Apple Pay when I know I have way more than enough in all of my Truist accounts so it’s strange that it’ll decline unless the worker is incompetent and made it seem like it was my fault and of course trying again with the same card it “magically” worked so I would suggest either going in and having another employee take your order or just watch the drive thru person like a hawk because she will try to get over!!!!!
