Panera is getting worse and worse. We travel regularly in our area, and eat at about four different Panera locations. Tonight we were at a location in High Point NC, and as we were eating, we noticed the carpet under almost every table was covered with food crumbs and some with trash. Not just a little food either. It appeared to have been neglected all day. (this has become the norm at all but one of the locations we visit, but this one was particularly bad.) We were finishing our meal when a very large roach crawled out under the booth where my wife was sitting. Needless to say we left and wont return. The food at Panera is certainly not cheap and you would expect a better experience for the price.

This is one of the good paneras. Avo toast and coffee were great!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is SO kind, fast and efficient. IT feels like home. The food is always perfection and they have great selections and variety for every season. Its always fresh and the bread is to die for. It's clean, bathrooms are always stocked and wiped, and I never see any messes.

I visited this place 3 days in a row, each time no large cups, and the employee at the drive-thru, you could har to her. When I got to the window wasn't greeted, didn't apologize for not having large cups, while I was asking a question about the cup just passed a drink to me and shut the window, haven't been back since

I ordered a bagel sandwich with green goddess dressing on the side and a drink. The dressing was missing, so was my drink, and the sandwich had next to nothing on it. Actually ridiculous that someone would make this meager sandwich and try to have someone pay $10 for it. Just careless. Do better.

Tried Asiago Bagel sandwiches. Ordered at drive tru and very disappointed with quality of sandwiches. Our sandwiches were very soggy from excessive dressings as well as very modest chicken distributed on sandwiches. Very disappointed seniors.

Ordered 2 of the new Chicken Roma asiago bagel stack sandwiches to go. Got home and looked like chicken not even on either sandwich. There was cheese one tomato, few pieces of arugula and one piece of thin chicken, about the size of two women’s fingers together in the middle of that huge bun. The broccoli soup was ok. For $31 dollars we did not get what we paid for. Restaurant appeared short staffed. Should have listened to other reviews and stayed away. This was 1st time going to this location will be last.
