I like this place except for their constant running out of food and drinks. It can be really hard to get coffee or hot tea. If they aren’t going to be self-serve, they need more people available for taking orders. And running out of bread in a bakery makes no sense. If you can’t get coffee in a coffee shop, then what’s the point?

VERY DISAPPOINTED - things have changed for the worse at Panera! Prices have gone way up - used to be able to get a full lunch for $10 but now they charge extra for a piece of fruit or a bag of chips which used to be included. Costs upwards of $14 now. Had the Mexican soup to save money and it left a weird aftertaste in mouth -- kind of like bad institutional food. Ugh.

I usually don’t review chain restaurants but I just wanted to call this one out. The manager was very accommodating with our special order for our kids and we really appreciated his kindness. The food was great - we highly recommend ordering the breakfast feast if you have a family of 4.

There are a bunch of kid playing and not doing their job , so mad!!! You guys charge so much and give a TERRIBLE service, im taking my business somewhere else UPDATE 3/17/24 , 5:00 PM 2 Subs one chicken and one steak WITH DOUBLE MEAT!!! And paid $40 plus tip and the sandwiches or subs had less than regular meat , my Wife Returned to the place drivin 20 minutes to complain THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE the place wasn't even busy !!

To whom it may concern, it is very worrying that Panera, being a restaurant chain throughout the United States, does not train its staff. In particular, they have to train the managers or hire new ones, especially in this place, horrible service and in my order they did not pay attention to my instructions and that I ordered it on the tablet so that my order came out correctly

Went at 4:30 on Saturday after a movie. Out of first two sandwich meats and cheese. Should have a way to show that on menu board. Clean and not crowded. Everything over priced. Vegetarian sandwich good and turkey ok.

I come here quite often typically later in the day so I can study, but today there was a lady who kept coming out of the back of the kitchen and she had on a bondage collar. Like theres kids in here why is she wearing that in a work environment in general. I will still come as it’s quite but it definitely needs to be mentioned.

I work just down the road from the store and have been trying to go here for about the past week to get breakfast but every time I go here the drive-through takes about 30 minutes just to make one order and then on top of it they’re rude as hell the whole time. I understand that it’s early in the morning but I start work at 5 AM and I’m coming to get breakfast at 9am. The ladies who run the drive-through are always extremely rude.I’m currently sitting in the drive-through line for about 20+ minutes now waiting for my half a sandwich and mac & cheese order.
