Ordered Door Dash thinking my delivery was coming from The Pantry on W. Gate City Blvd. Food was delivered from the S. Elm Eugene St location. The food was DISGUSTING! Potato Wedges were old, not crispy and gummy inside. Chicken was old and not fresh. DR. Pepper had no carbonaition and was almost straight syrup Called the location and they denied the order came from them even though I had the $38 receipt with the address. Was credited $4.99 from Door Dash and reversing the charges with my bank for the rest. Why am I going to pay for food that ended up in the garbage??? DONT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE - S. ELM EUGENE ST.

I have been coming to this place since grade school. The chicken wings are always the best!!! Super crispy and delicious every time. Today the cashier that I spoke to said he would try and look into getting a drink that I haven’t seen being sold in a while. Great customer service!!!

Always wonderful fish and chicken! Perfect lunch! No picture 'cause I ate every bite! Every time I come here, I plan on posting a Pic, but the food is so good, I forget about a pic and the food is all gone before I think about it! Fish.... chicken.... taters.... its ALL good here!

Employee greeted me very kind. Great foods different varieties to choose from. The okra fried is my favorite I recommend this location if you want a quick bite to eat and great food service.

I’ve never been to Pantry Fried Chicken before but it was definitely 10 out of 10!!!!! Was in and out in not even 10mins or less!!!! Food was fresh!!!!!
