Normally good food. Wanted to try the new mac & cheese. They tried to ring me up for a higher price than what was shown. Didn't realize, but the containers were upside down. It spilled everywhere on the way home. What a waste. Also forgot my wedges although I paid for the combo. Also I can't even call and tell them. The number is out of service. Sad how downhill this once great food spot has gone.
(edit) Changed to 4 stars. I came back and got the wedges and tenders replaced. There was a miscommunication. They thought I wanted one of the mac & cheese' as a side replacement. So it was $1.80 more to have what I wanted to order instead. I gave them $2 and said it was okay. I'm glad it was fixed. But the miscomminication was frustrating.

I got 3 pieces of fish, 1 bread roll and fries and got charged $32 after tax. They said prices went up.

The food is good but the attitudes of the workers is horrible. I don't know why it's so hard for people to say thank you when you purchase something from them and that's everywhere.

10/10 potato wedges

My husband and I visit this place every week...lol...he always orders the 8 piece combo with wedges...I always order the fried fish combo with wedges and fried okra...the food is always fresh... customer service is good...if you live in the area check them out....

Im from charlotte and when i tell you that was some of the best chicken i have had jn a while they give you a ton of food for good price and good service might look sketchy but from the name and food you known it’s the best

For my to go order, the person in charge left my order on the counter and then shoved a plastic bag my way without saying anything as if expecting me to pack everything up. The AUDACITY of NOT SAYING ANYTHING was just plain disrespectful. Chicken was ok.

Before buying the voucher, I checked their food prices on their website to see what I could buy with 15 dollars. I bought the voucher, went to redeem and the in store prices were much higher. On top of that, the two chicken breast combo I got was so overcooked, dry, tough, I couldn't eat them!. They make a lot of food ahead of time and let it sit under heat lamps. No customer service number to call. I emailed thru their website over a week ago with absolutely no response.

The best fried chicken and potato wedges I have had in my life! You get a nicely sized portion of each with hot sauce on the side. I've also ordered through delivery services and the order is accurate each time!

Best chicken I've ever had. Potato wedges are pretty good too. Got 40 boneless wings, rolls and tater wedges PLUS A 2 LITER for under $30! IT WAS AMAZING!

I requested two leg quarter combos from Pantry Fried Chicken, paid for both, but received only one order. The meal emitted a burnt grease smell throughout the house, and upon flipping the chicken, I discovered it was overcooked and burn and inedible. The taste was in the wedges as well...
