Tee is a great manager/employee. Always great service and the food is excellent. I don’t like going to that store unless she is there other employees just don’t sit right with me and the food doesn’t taste the same.

Was pretty surprised that my patience was rewarded with a comment of “I don’t have time for that” when I made a very simple request that would’ve taken less than 10 seconds to take care of. this is my first time back to Papa Johns in a long time and I fear it’s gonna be another extended period before we try it again.

So I called and ordered a small pepperoni pizza. And a order of cheese bread. Instead I got plain freaking bread sticks. The people they hire at these call centers can't even speak English. I should have given a real bad review. It's not the locations fault by no means. The driver was awsome. Im sure the employees are as well. But Papp John's call center. Do Better hire Americans that speak English. You should be ashamed of your selves

The “manager” Conner was extremely unprofessional. I order from papa John’s frequently and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My order was delivered and l went outside to retrieve it, was on the ground wth one slice on the ground and another slice missing. I called to see what happened the person who delivered claimed he knocked 3 times which is not true and that a dog may have took a slice out and ate. I answered the door less than a minute after he called. I have pictures and time stamps to prove it. Never the less I told him I would drive all the way to the location wth the pizza so they could remake it, in which he agreed that it would be fine. Once l got there the doors were locked and someone pointed to the window. I got to the window and was met with immediate attitude. I told Conner what occurred and he stated “My driver said he knocked three times and it’s ridiculous You want me to remake your order, why didn’t you answer the door?” I was extremely shocked by his rude and obnoxious response. Instead of helping me resolve my issue he made me uncomfortable to even consume anything from this location. Reasons why l just asked for my money back. I hope this feedback and taken seriously because no customer should have to be subjected to Conners behavior. Very disappointed to say the lease. He should not be the example for anyone with this lack of care for customer satisfaction.

I went on Christmas Eve and was told 10-15 min I got there on 10 min and was told it would be another 10. 20 minutes later I was told 15 minutes it was late so I was just going to wait it out but I noticed the woman making dough answer the phone, rub her hands thru her hair and went right back to making dough without washing her hands after I saw her do it twice I asked for a refund and was told he needed a manager to do it. The same woman came to give me my refund which is a terrible sign because if she’s a manager and not washing her hands what are the others doing.

Pizza was fresh and the guys were nice. They could've let me know when my pizza was ready since I was sitting out front but other than that, great!
I ordered the epic garlic stuffed light sauced well done pizza with all spicy sausage and half onion.. It was soggy and greasy and the sausage were in huge chunks! The purpose of light sauce and well done is to avoid the limpness my pizza had! The cinnamon pull aparts went right in the trash! The only edible thing was the bacon cheesesticks. I think I'm over papa John's! A complete waste of $43!

Did delivery. Pizza was the most discusting I've ever had from any papa John's. Ordered 2 orders of Buffalo wings brought buffalo sauce instead of ranch for wings . When we called employees were rude ,didn't care and didn't try to fix.pizza somewhat burnt on bottom and old tasting
