Please just do the inevitable and shut down.
$20 for a cheese steak & fries? Ok - it has to make the grade. Nope - bread shows signs of mold and the $5 regular-size fries are smaller portion than a large McDonald's. GRADE: D-
This restaurant has been struggling for a while, and although I've tried to frequent my local businesses, I can only do so much.
Last time for me - good luck Penn Station.

They are slow on purpose.
I wanted to call ahead my order , however the ph was busy over 5 minutes .So I drove and told them about, they said they have 3 phones, I said the customers cannot call you
After I got home , the sandwiches were soaked in oil & vinegar , so back I go and returned them .
They were polite and apologize and re- made them . They were good .
I hope the ph# busy single thing gets corrected .

The Turkey and avocado sub is not good. It needs a couple of tomatoes and mayo to add some more flavor. I've gotten turkey and avocado at other restaurants and it doesn't taste like this one they're a lot better. A waste of money. I don't mind paying money for good food and hate wasting money on a bad meal

I have never once been here and had my sandwich in less than 30 minutes. Staff won't respond or answer questions in anything but passive grunts. This place is the embodiment of idiocracy.

Paid for a medium turkey and bacon sandwich with extra meat and no veggies and was sadly disappointed paid for the extra meat and hardly any meat in the sandwich. I paid $13 for the sandwich with extra meat got a lot of bread and that was about it. Sadly will not return to the sandwich place.

It's a little pricey, but the food is very tasty.
Lady at the counter looked lime she wanted to beat us up. Before we even sit, she asked if we ordered. Fires and sub had salt poured into them. Never coming back.
Good subs
I have visited this establishment before, and I had a great experience then, and I'm having a good one now as well.
I love that they offer a “combo of the month,” which features a monthly subscription that comes with fries and a drink.
This month, the featured sub is the Philly cheese steak with banana peppers. I am not a fan of banana peppers, so I asked them to remove this item for me. It did come with marinara sauce, which was a new twist, but it was good, so I appreciated it. I also love their hand-cut, cooked-to-order fries. Fries are always delicious, but even more so when they are hand-cut.
That's why, in the photo of my food, you see malt vinegar. I love pairing malt vinegar with hand-cut fries.
As you can see in another photo, they also have some outside eating that will be lovely in the coming months, as it warms up for summer here in North Carolina.
This place is always a great experience and delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the sub of the month! It's always a banger!
